Woke up to a phone that wouldn't charge. Verizon couldn't help me. Walked into New England Wireless and they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it on the spot! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. I'll be bringing my daughter in next to have them look at her phone.

Fixed my smashed iPhone screen in less than 20 mins and was so nice to every customer in the store. I haven't witnessed such good customer service a quite awhile. Highly recommend.

Horrible service sold me an iPhone 8 Plus bad it for 60 days and the ear piece was not working so I could only talk on speaker brought it to Apple they told me everything on the phone was replaced but no original even the back is supposed to be glass and it’s plastic I went to get a refund and he refused now I have to report him Apple even helped me because they told me what he is doing is illegal he never told me it wasn’t originals and charged $400 I don’t even wanna do 1 star but it won’t let me post

Omg this place is incredible for fixing iPhones. They repaired issues I didn’t even tell them about, AND they did it while I waited. So fast!

I paid $180 to get my phone repaired, this included a new charging port, new screen, and screen protector, charging port stopped working within 2 months, screen protector was cheap and broke easily. When they gave me my phone the screen was half way popping out and obviously not put on correctly. Do not waste your money here, you will be disappointed later on.
