“I recently was referred here for compression socks by my orthopedic doc. I arrived a little late to my appointment, but was grateful that they were still willing to take me, as I live almost an hour away & had to get my daughter on the bus for Summer School. When I arrived, I was checked in promptly by the receptionist & asked to have a seat in the waiting area. I was also informed the person I would be seeing was in with another client. In just a few minutes, the other client came out of a nearby room with a medical professional. Not long after I was called into a room where I was greeted kindly & treated respectfully. The individual had asked me some questions about my condition & I shared my health history. The door was closed during this visit, which I found appropriate out of respect for my privacy. After discussing my issues, they took my measurements in a timely & professional fashion. I was then given options regarding the socks, including style/color choices. The overall appointment was brief & I was told that they must first order them & have me return in roughly 2 weeks. I was pleased with how well the visit went & look forward to getting my socks soon. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with orthotic or prosthetic needs. Parking was free & there are spaces in front of the building & a small lot alongside the building also.”
