Niece did rush job on hair, paid close to $200 dollars for a mess. Horrible will not go back. Took day off work cause going on vacation, now I will be going with tacky hair. You need to be ashamed of yourself.

Completely unprofessional. I called last week to book an appointment for this week (Monday). I was asked what I wanted—I asked for medium knotless braids. I was told “ok.” I replied by asking what time my appointment was?!? I was told “we open at 10.” On Monday I showed up and waited until 10:45am outside their LOCKED salon waiting for them to show up. Nobody showed and of course nobody called to tell me that my appointment had been canceled because nobody took my contact info when I made me “appointment.” Customer service is a ZERO for me. Would NOT recommend.Service: Braids

Not only were stylists fast but they did a phenomenal job. Alwa was my stylist and she’s awesome and they don’t charge a lot. Very quiet convenient place. Highly recommend and very impressed.

When I moved to Worcester I tried a few places before this one. When I got to Mads Hair Braiding professionals there was no need to go anyplace else. They braid fast and neat. Every single time I get my hair braided here I get compliments. They know what they are doing. Their brads will last you for some time. I choose to get me hair done here biweekly or at least 1 a month just because I enjoy thr different styles and the ease of it all. It is a first come first serve shop, so I suggest going during the week or early in the morning. Thr lines can get really long on Friday and Saturday. During their peak hours you will spend more time waiting to get your hair done then it will take getting it braided. For that solution I say operate with reason, if you communicate with them they can estimate how long it will take to finish thr people they are tending to. You can leave and your place in line will be held as long as you come back before that person is done. If you come back too late you will lose your place in line. Simple. They truly live up to their names here and I will recommend them time and time again. So much so, now that I have moved to providence I still go to Worcester to get me hair done by them.Services: Braids

I try to call a place of business before I show upSo I don’t get turned out rudely or something, but that’s what happened when I got to this place after a 3 hours call In advance. I walked in the door, and the old lady with an attitude told me I needed to go back and wash my kid’s hair before even saying hi. How can we help you? Rude.
