Even after reading the negative reviews that described the sales person as rude, I went to look at a specific truck.Within seconds of my trying to describe the vehicle by make, model, year and VIN, so he could look it up, he demanded to know the color. I didn't know it, which escalated his rudeness. He's sitting at his computer saying he doesn't know what car I'm describing.Imagine, I didn't get through identifying the vehicle before he started.I told him we were done, that the reviews I'd read were right and walked out. He pursued me and found my wife, who had found vehicle in question.I told my wife we're leaving. Naturally she was confused. It only took a few seconds for her confusion to end. He actually stepped in front of her as she made her way, going around him, to me and our car.

Dave isn’t too bad to deal with. Treats people equally Has a pretty bad attitude with everyone. His prices are CRAZY over priced and that’s why his cars sit for a long time . The 2011 Ford F-150 with 235,500 miles on it is NOT worth the $13,500 hrs asking . It’s pretty sad that some people who own these shops like Mass Auto don’t stand up to their word with repairs, has a bad attitude, has cars worth HALF the asking price and don’t clean a car he sells ! Amazing

STAY AWAY.... .Bought a Suv.. engine light, bad brakes ,ac not working .Sent to get fix 5 time. .never fix. 30 days went by ..A different shop to get fix..$ 3200 cost me...bought suv for $ 3900

Do not buy anything here, not even a toy car. They sold me a warranty and lied that it's just part of the deal. I called the loan company who immediately removed the "necessary" warranty, and saved me $2000. The old man there treated me like I was trash because my credit score was only 670. And the problems that the car had, I was promised would be fixed before delivery are still not fixed. When I called to ask why he didn't address any of the issues. He quickly told me he did me a favor getting me into a car at all, and he refused to even check anything once I drove off the lot. After I paid for a new water pump and all brakes and brake lines the car is now drivable but still has no working gauges. Speedometer, fuel, everything needs at least another thousand dollars to fix. Save yourself a lot of money and embarrassment. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS THIEF.
