I needed to do an oil change and get my breaks fixed and I spoke wit the manager Raul Perez and he made my appointment very quick and I got my car BACK THE SAME DAY! It was an amazing service and he helped me with all the problems I needed to fix on my vehicle. I honestly recommend this shop for any of ur car issue and if u need to speak to someone I highly recommend u speak to Raul Perez he definitely knows what he’s doing!Services: Oil change

I recently went to go get my car looked at for some noise that was coming from my car when i got there i was welcomed by raul perez such a sweet heart he was so helpful he found the issue on my car and i was out of there with no problems very good prices too definitely recommend seeing raul if you have any type of issues definitely coming back if i have any other issues thank you mr perez

Brought in my 2000 honda civic lights on the dash like a Christmas tree done took my car to about three other shops nobody could figure out what was wrong with it but as soon as i walk through the doors of worcester tire and repair outlet i met raul perez who said he would figure it out and figure it out he did when i brought the car in it wouldnt stay running as well when i left after raul finished fixing it car ran like it was brand new no check engine or any of the other lights that nobody could figure out were on thank you so much will definitely recommend to anyone to go see raul perez man needs a raise thank you againServices: General repairs & maintenance

Would've had given zero stars. Four weeks after they plug and installed a tire it popped on the inside sidewall due to a bubble. Let me mention that tire was fairly new with no defect prior to the plug. After speaking to two men and the supposed owner and admitting to fault the suppose owner left and never came back. To make long story short they refuse to replace the tire or even sell a use one at a discounted price. Never again.
