I contacted Mainstream Insurance Agency to get a quote for car insurance and initially was contacted back promptly. I provided the information in email and now it's been over a month and I haven't heard back at all. I am moving on to a different insurance agency because I'd like to see the options before my policy expires in September.

Love my guy Tom. I moved out of the city and keep my insurance agency the same. There is nothing I've thrown at him that he hasn't handled, and the E-sign has made life simple.

This agency is great. I'm honestly shocked I didn't leave a review years ago. Tom has been the agent I work with there for I think 7 or 8 years now. He's always been top notch, professional, has never steered me wrong or make me feel like I'm getting robbed like other insurance companies. In all the years I've been with them I am now only experiencing my first issue and I trust it will get resolved. I will continue to go through them for insurance for the years to come.

Coming from FL, being a new driver in MA, made it very challenging to find a car insurance company that would offer me insurance. However, my agent, Tony at Mainstream in Worcester, MA made my life so much easier. I just showed up with my title & required funds. He got my car insured & registered, with tag & everything out the door on my 1st visit. Now I'm a happily driving!

Awesome excellent place Love doing my company insurance house insurance and automotive insurance through these guys I always get a call back from Tati Tom is always on top of everything Great family-owned business well-rounded group of people that always take care of everything that I asked them to whether it's an email 8:00 at night or 6:00 in the morning I always get a response within 24 hours
