Don't like using this hair store. It's closer to my house but I don't like being followed around the store. If I need help, I know how to ask for help. The looks and stares from the ppl you identify with is crazy. But they have a massa who makes the rules so I just started finding other stores that this don't happen..... I'm sure they deal with theft from the area, but honey I don't go in stores unless I have the money to purchase my items.

Extremely racist shop owner who tells his employees to follow people around the store AGGRESSIVELY and they’re not even helpful. It’s also extremely disappointing bc some of the employees I’ve met are black women. They are the biggest beauty supply store in worcester but I hope a POC takes that location over.

I wish there was an option for NEGATIVE STARS! This store is absurd! I go in there to purchase a wig and this African lady tells me that I can't try on more than 3 wigs. How is that even a thing? Than she says, you still have not made a choice. Please make it make since! There is nothing out here in Central MA when it comes to wigs. I am tired of these places lacking customer service and expect me to give you my hard earned dollars! Never again, I rather travel far away to purchase a wig! That is just crazy!

I went into the store and was told by one of the workers that the owner went down the street to their other store they own and was coming back. The associate could not tell me how long they were going to be or would not call them. So I thought I could purchase my items and go on about my day. I thought surely they could ring me up. When the associate said that the register was locked and could not ring me up. I would have to wait for the owner to come back. I was in shock! This place is known for discriminating against the very community they do business in. Their other store down the street I have been in there before and customer service is terrible. They treat every customer like they are going to steal. I would not recommend spending your money going their. Also, the way they treat their associates are terrible. I don't know why they continue to work there. Just a terrible place to shop in.

Ummm, worst experience in a hair store and I wasn’t even there long. It’s my daughters picture day tomorrow and the beads I had were all too small. I live in Milford so to find an actual hair store that has products for us is hard when you’re so far out. Couldn’t get them online as they wouldn’t come in time. So I found this place and went in. Was not greeted, seen the bead section when I walked in. My daughters braids are chunky so I needed beads that were wide so I had to look through. This girl literally stood directly behind me and STARED and just stood there as if I’m gonna steal. It was so awkward. Then a customer came in she walked behind them for a moment and then awkwardly hustled back to stand behind me. I had to call a friend because it was so awkward I was beyond uncomfortable. I grabbed the beads and asked if I could put them on the counter whiled I shopped…. I also do hair and wanted to see what else they had because I need a hair store that’s near me for my clients, I hate having to always go into Boston.As I start to try to look around the girl proceeds to FOLLOWWWWWWW me not even discreetly. Like GLIDING BEHIND ME, still has not said hi or asked if I needed help.If tomorrow wasn’t my daughters picture day I would’ve left those beads and walked out. I will not be going back there. That was insane.IF YOU HAVE TIME TO STAND BEHIND YOUR CUSTOMER AND STARE AT THE BACK OF THEIR HEAD, YOU HAVE TOME TO SAY “HELLO” YOU HAVE TIME TO SAY “CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING” “HOW CAN I HELP YOU”Your trouble is sleeping now but pride will wake you up soon enough that is not how you treat ppl !!! Wish I seen these reviews before I went.

Huge inventory. Best store in townIt is true what people said about employees follow you all over but it didn’t bother me at all. I like that when I need help they are next to me ?The only ? is that we were allowed to try 3 wigs onlyWe were buying human hair (expensive)We needed to try more but couldn’tyet Love the experience and will go back

They're extremely rude about everything and they never told me everything is non refundable. I wouldn't have bought anything then. Definitely never coming here ever again. Awful attitudes and terrible customer service. I'm annoyed.

Once again visited main beauty supply today. I was stalked I was profiled and please believe I had enough money to pay for everything I wanted and more. For some reason I was not allowed to shop in peace I was followed in every aisle even when I went upstairs I understand that people steal but following me is not going to stop people from stealing. as matter of fact following me is preventing you from catching people who are stealing. you are following the wrong person. I am no longer shopping here I should be respected where I go spend my hard-earned money and not be harassed profiled judged just because I look a certain way. terrible way to do business.

Worst experience I’ve had going in to a beauty supply they followed me around as if I was stealing purchased what I needed and walked out to my car. As I’m getting in I notice the owner come out as if she was looking at me. They make you feel extremely uncomfortable. They have a great selection just horrible customer service. I can’t get passed that.
