We got our engagement rings and wedding bands from Pope Jewelers. Michael was amazing when we first came in to look at engagement rings. He spent a significant amount of time talking us through the different factors that go into a diamond (e.g., clarity, cut, color), showing us different examples, and explaining how it affects the pricing. When I told him the budget he showed me several different options and talked me through the pros/cons of each. We would highly recommend Pope Jewelers and appreciate all of their help throughout the process.

I had a fabulous experience with M Pope getting my engagement ring and wedding bands. My wife absolutely loves her ring. I visited a few other local jewelers before them and either felt rushed or not as professional. M Pope was very welcoming and had no problem with me coming in numerous times throughout the whole process.If you have specific design related questions I would definitely set up an appointment with Michael since he is the jeweler and knows all the technical questions. He explained things in detail and was very patient. I had come in with many design ideas and he helped me narrow down my list and also let me know why some of the exotic designs I had he would not recommend since they would not be structurally sound. Another jeweler I visited flat out told me to come back once I narrowed down my list and knew what I wanted, but Mike went through each idea I had. The rest of the team was also very friendly and Jamie was super helpful.I ended up combining several designs and ended up with a fairly unique and gorgeous moissanite ring!

I first visited M. Pope & Co. because of the high google reviews during my search for an engagement ring and I am pleased to see that the reviews were well warranted. I first met with Michael, who spent over an hour with me explaining the different scales on which a diamond is graded, taking the time to make sure that I fully understand the all of the different options so that I could make an informed decision. There was no added pressure to choose a diamond at that time, or any pressure to make a commitment at all, the session was purely informational and greatly appreciated. Over the next month, I had more meetings with various members of the M. Pope staff including both Jamie and Carly, who were both just as professional and inviting as Michael. They walked me through the next steps, picking a diamond, a design, and a metal and at no point did I feel that I was being steered towards a higher priced option. A month later I was able to pick up my ring and it was absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was perfect and it is exactly how I pictured it (maybe even a little bigger than I expected)! The value was incredible, I was able to compare my quote to other friends who went to competing shops for their engagement rings and the deal I received seems to good to be true. My now fiancé and I will be returning to M. Pope when we decide to look at wedding bands. I can't recommend them enough!Bottom line, if you are completely ignorant to the engagement process, you can trust that Michael and company will steer you in the right direction.

I have found my new jeweler and store ! For years I used the same jeweler over and over. I would walk in and find a thing or two I liked. I had a bad experience and decided I would not go back. A friend send me to M. Pope. I loved just about every piece ! He’s honest. He’s fair. And he does beautiful work !

I will happily trek out to Worcester to see Michael and his staff for all my jewelry needs. Michael designed the most stunning engagement ring using my heirloom stones. He has been my go to for statement pieces, everyday wear and timeless heirlooms. He has treated all my requests with great communication, care and promptness. These two amazing women have many years of combined experience and they each bring their own special touch to help you select the perfect piece.Whether your looking to purchase a piece of fine jewelry for yourself or that special someone, they have something for everyone and every budget. If your considering a custom design, make an appointment with Michael. He is not only a gemologist but an artist. His designs are stunning and his work is impeccable.A few years ago Mike custom designed my wedding band set. We met Michael & Melissa 6 years ago by a stroke of luck at a Bridal event in Worcester. Over the years I have looked forward to every trip we make to their store; they have been warm, helpful and kind not only to us, but to everyone we’ve referred to them. Michael’s attention to detail & expert knowledge/skill makes him a standout jeweler. From wedding rings and special gifts, to ring solutions for arthritis, appraisals & repairs…we trust them implicitly & wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful experience at M. Pope & Co.! Recently brought my damaged engagement ring there as i needed a new setting. Made an appointment on line easily, and had a wonderful and very thoughtful appointment with Michael. In the end, with some guidance I chose a new setting and kept my stones. The ring was done within the scope of time supplied and came out JUST BEAUTIFULLY. I grew up in a house where my mother worked for a well established jeweler on Newbury St. in Boston, so I had the option to go in to Boston with a company I had known for over 40 years. I elected to try M. Pope & Co, not only for the convenience, but the level of trust I felt over the years seeing them in the City, and feeling confident in my gut instinct. Everyone who I came across working there was polite, friendly and engaging. Never felt rushed. Pricing was fair and not inflated. Thank you Michael and team for a wonderful experience at your store. I *will* be back :)

Love this place! I’ll never go anywhere else for my jewelry. Ive come here for ALL my wedding jewelry. Best service I’ve had through out this whole wedding process. What made it over the top was they were every Welcoming to my pup & even catered her with water & treats which I love love love. Thank you so much for everything.
