Friday my husband and I went to lowes and bought a washer and dryer. We were promised Saturday delivery, set up and take away the old ones. What happened is Saturday we received the washer then we were told the dryer would come today and both would be set up. We'll the dryer came, no set up, no pick up the delivery driver said that someone will be here to hook up and remove the old appliances.
No-one has shown up, No-one has called or texted! DON'T BUY FROM LOWES, THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!! Get this..now they can't get anyone to do the installation until Wednesday! But no word on picking up the old washer and dryer !! Oh, they did give a 20% discount for the trouble. Big whoop!!!

This store has started to become like the other stores that hire the most incompetent representatives. When you ask anyone a question they look at you like a deer in headlights. I placed a very sensitive order online with thousands resting on this order being fulfilled and they had no idea who would pick the order or if I would receive it and at the end of the day they asked me if I would like to cancel my order. I lost thousands but hey they did give me a coupon for $5 that expired in 30 days

I would give this Lowe’s a minus 5. No one available to help, you have to flag them down, then they say “No” can’t help, not my job. The most unresponsive group of do nothings. Then they say it’s not instock I show it is and they t
refuse to believe. Then I find it on fourth level bin, 2 of them, and wait 20 minutes for a guy and a lift to take it down. Instead he fiddles with the lift for another 20 minutes and can’t get it to work. Ask your supervisor I ask, totally ignored. Finally after about an hour I purchase the unassembled item in a big box, assemble it at home, and find out one battery will not charge. Next day I bring back bad battery and ask for replacement. No, No, No, you can’t do that was the response from two separate persons. Call your manager, I ask. Much
Delay and ignoring me standing in line (please, move away I have to help this other customer who came in a half an hour after me), insulting, demeaning, and since I am a class of person unlike any of the store people, just pushed to to rear. Very, very, very, bad experience, over two days, just to buy a lawnmower. What are these people thinking? That the customer is the enemy, liar, cheater, scoundrel? Zero minus five stars, stay away from this Lowe’s in Worcester

Never order windows from this store or company! I bought and fully paid for a specialty window in the late summer of 2023 to be installed before Thanksgiving. The first time they arrived they ordered the wrong size window, then they came again with another window of the wrong size (knowing it was the wrong size) and installed it and left! I have been fighting with Lowes for even the courtesy of a phone call for four months. Staff all tell me that they know it is the wrong size and yet they want me to pay AGAIN, over $5,000, for a window to correct their error. They pass me back and forth to the installer, and customer service, and no one corrects the error. Staff won't tell you their last name so you know you are talking to and they say only the store manager can help, but Mr. Texieria won't return our calls. Do not buy windows or doors from Lowes or you will regret it!

Don't go to this store, or call if you need any customer service at all. For two days we tried to get help with a counter top in person and on the phone. It got us thinking about what kind of installation Lowes has to offer and it was not a thought of confidence. I guess we know why Home Depot's stock is much higher.

I came to the store for pick up items which were three pieces to the shower, as well as the doors. The best associate I have ever seen at this store. His name is Tony and he helped undo my seatbelt which was caught and we couldn’t on latch it, he was very determined and finally got it so we could load my car up, he is one hard worker. Thanks again Tony.

I had a terrible experience not being refunded after being told during my purchase my item is fully refundable. The managers didn't bother to come speak with me and the returns desk refused to do anything and went against their rules. I called customer service and they refused to help me because the store employee gave me the wrong info. Never shopping with this company again.
