Lisa Bradley and her team did an outstanding job getting our beloved family home of 24 years sold within four days of hitting the market for $50K over the listing price. Moving and deciding to sell can be challenging. I recently worked with Lisa for a home purchase. I am very grateful I found her through these Google reviews! She was an excellent real estate agent throughout the process, she felt like my "real estate mom" which I needed! As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and uncertainty about the home buying process and she helped me understand and guided me through this stressful time. Lisa helped me set up viewings (which was challenging with my work schedule), came to showings with me, asked the seller agents great questions, and focused on the details and what I needed and wanted. She worked late on a Sunday to help me get my offer in, she worked to help negotiate on my behalf with the sellers agent, and had my first offer accepted! Lisa is extremely ethical and works to help you as a client get what you are looking for and really works on your behalf. Lisa takes pride in her work and she is experienced and knowledgeable. She was extremely responsive to phone and email. I cannot imagine my first home purchase going as smoothly as it did.
