“I walked into PA Cleaners as a first time customer with a handmade, embroidered prayer shawl. The shawl had been stuck in a box for years with melted wax entwined into the fibers. I had tried the home remedies and failed. I had taken it to some other cleaners where I used to live, who said they couldn't clean it. I had given up. But someone told me that PA Cleaners is special, so I put on my big girl pants, and decided to try again.
The staff couldn't have been more professional or warm if they tried. They told me the risks, but said they would try their best. Please forgive me, I can't remember the name of the man who worked like crazy to get the wax out and to remove some other stains. But he is WONDERFUL!!!
I literally started crying when they handed it to me at pickup. I am in awe at their commitment to service and the care they took with this one-of-a-kind prayer shawl. It looks amazing and I cannot thank them enough.

I've always had a great experience coming here and when I forgot my clothes one time they folded them and put them away for another day to pick them up. Also they gave me dryer sheets when I needed a couple. Great customer service! Awesome place and I suggest to go here. :)”
“Best laundromat I’ve found in Worcester so far. Clean, friendly staff, rarely machines out of order. The dryers are amazing in comparison in laundromax and the likes. Will fry your clothes really fast. You don’t have to use a load money onto a card or use coins, you can pay with your credit card right on the machines! Lots of seating and there’s a really affordable grocery store as well as dollar tree next door if you want to knock out multiple errands at once. Really recommend this place.”
