I just want to say this place is terrible the only person I like here is Caitlyn I came in 10-5-23 there is three girls here the place is a mess they are just sitting down eating while another customer is helping someone. Not to mention They go in the bathroom for a long period of time come out and the next one goes in. Please do better and hire more people that care about this place Caitlyn needs to be in charge of the laundry mat

I have never seen as worst as this one, because it said it is closed and when I went and saw, it was still open and surprisingly, there was no one to take care of the customers and absolutely no one. When I asked a lady who was working there, she said she just came and her boyfriend started saying me to leave the store because she don’t even know when the store will be closed. Absolutely devastating and disrespectful. I’m giving that single star just to write this review otherwise I would’ve given 0, I mean literally zeroooooooo…..

It has free dryers... But half of them didn't work. One of the employees is very very serious about the dryer settings. I've been coming here for a lot of years and had sort of weird experiences every now and then. But I'm still coming here so I guess that says something. It's open 24 hours. There's a bathroom but you have to carry up giant paddle board to use it. The bathroom has dungeon vibes. Worcester dungeon. It would be nice if there was a way to drop the doors open so that they didn't always smash into the women carrying three bags on her shoulders. I saw a 6-month-old baby eating fried chicken here one time.

I’m very disappointed in my experience going here. My dryer caught on FIRE a couple days ago at this location. The whole mat had to be escorted out until the fire fighters came. All my towels, blankets, and clothes are ruined. This was 90% of my clothing that was ruined and there was no offer for any type of compensation, even for the $50 spent on laundry that day. I was told the dryers weren’t supposed to be on high heat, and there’s “signs” up saying this but these signs are written on pieces of paper that keep getting torn down my people. There should be a huge metal sign up front stating high heat can cause fire. Atleast the high heat option should be completely covered because almost all the people in the mat were using this. This is super dangerous. The employees weren’t able to do anything for me and I get that’s out of there control, but the fact I wasn’t offered anything from higher up and no one is returning my calls makes me extremely upset.

Plus: It's a clean laundromat, 98% of the machines are in working order, free drying when you wash here. The staff is very nice. Plenty of folding space and carts during the weekdays. Not so much on weekends.Cons: You have to purchase a laundry card ($3) and load it, I guess it's better than carrying around a bunch of quarters. Management needs to enforce a limit on the amount of dryers someone uses and carts they take up. People use up 10 dryers at a time! Some people put their personal items/laundry baskets/laundry products in carts while they wait for their clothes but not enough left for people that need them at the moment.
