You can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and it is very frustrating as a customer. I tried different ways but they also couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Why do they have that number for customers to call if we get anyone to answer.

Ask for Rosie! she is awesome! Not just because she is sweet and calming for big babies like me, but she is really good at what she does. I won't go to my docs office for blood work.
