I had a wonderful experience working with Justin and Alicia. They are extremely thorough and professional real estate agents. This was our first experience selling a home and Justin made the process easy. He gave us a realistic expectation of the asking price based on the current market environment and recommended a few minor repairs to get our house market ready. The staging, photography and open house was well organized. Though we had already moved, he kept us well informed all along. She was available by email, text, and phone when we had urgent questions and she put all of our worries to ease when stressful situations arose. We worked with Alicia Jarboe, and I cannot say enough good things about her! We were first time homebuyers and also buying remotely on a time crunch. She guided us through the whole process. She was quick to respond and organized, and we were able to tour houses and put in offers promptly. Once an offer was accepted, she guided us through the next steps. The 04 Red Sox of realtors! Honestly the best, the whole team. The Jarboe group is your best option. We moved from the Carolinas to the north, not knowing what to expect. The Jarboe’s guided us through the entire process, in person showings and fantastic virtual showings when we couldn’t be there. If there is a house out there for you they will find it! Fantastic to work with! My partner and I are first time homebyers and were extremely nervous about the whole process. Alicia walked us through everything and was there along the way to answer any questions, and offer reassurances. We had a few bumps along the way and it felt great to know we had someone in our corner advocating for us. Everyone we spoke to who had worked with her in the past said she was the best of the best and I can't agree more!

Justin and The Jarboe Group are absolutely outstanding. At each step of the way, Justin looked to maximize my profit/gain for the sale of my property. During milestones, the Jarboe group reminded me of tasks so everything stayed on a timely schedule. The transaction coordinator offered solutions and advice when needed, I took them up on their expertise and connections several times - and they saved me a lot of work, money, and time. The Jarboes did an excellent job walking us through the whole home buying process, helping us set realistic and attainable goals, and were responsive throughout the entire process. We were able to see the perfect house even before the open house and get an offer in. Alicia was always available to hear our concerns and answer our questions, I can't speak highly enough of the work they did for us!
