I was featured in a Worcester Telegram article on by behalf of my non-profit organization '20. The article referenced the support we were seeking to expand our organization. Tom Bodden of K&S A, Inc. read the article and several days later he reached out to me to offer assistance toward our goal of becoming a tenant. He worked tirelessy (approximately) a year. I'm pleased to say we were able to accomplish our goals and we look forward to expanding our mission to support our communities in Central MA (this year) '21. I was very happy with my experience working with Tom Bodden and Meghan Liddy with Kelleher and Sadowsky. I hired them to help me find a new location to lease in Worcester for my growing office. Tom made finding a new office such an easy process. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect office within one day. His associate Brian was very good as well. What I appreciate most was their transparency and how simple the process was. Prior to speaking with Tom we were searching for a new office space for 2 months. I wish I had reached out earlier I would have saved so much time. Not only that, but he also negotiated on our behalf to get us the best deal.
