We have no heat. I called this place per request of my furnace guy, and was told they don't deal with the public. Called my furnace guy back and because he was working on a job and this place would be closed when he was done, he texted me pics of his tech licenses and asked me to call back and let them know he was on a job and was sending me to pick parts up for him, giving them his license info and cell number (along with a picture of his truck with co name and phone so they could verify if needed) - I called back and explained the situation and the parts guy refused to do business. I explained that my guy was busy and because they were closing very soon, he wanted me to pick the parts up for him. Guy refused. I explained that I have an infant and an elderly disabled father and that we have no heat and to please let me pick the parts up after he sees the furnace guys business tech license and call to confirm. He said nope... Sorry, can't help you. I said I would be paying cash for the parts, still refused. All I can say is this was a terrible experience, at this point, even if he called me back, I would never do business with them and now, nor will my furnace guy and his people. A baby, an elderly disabled person? Who cares is how Johnson Supply of Worcester is.
