I found Joe when he was at a different location and he fix the convertible top on my 2007 BMW 650i and knew exactly what the problem was. Next I took it to him for rear shocks. He and his crew did a great job and I believe pays more attention to detail than the BMW dealership. I will take all my cars to him in the future. I am going in for front struts on my BMW and I have every confidence that the results will be superior. I will keep you folks posted.

At Joe's auto service Joe the owner and also the guys that work there they are the best in business. I only bring my bmw to them because I can trust them instead the dealership. Anything that my car need I bring it to them and they would tell you straight up what you need and how much it would cost. I been going there for years and as long I own a bmw I will always go to Joe's Auto service. The new shop and also office looks amazing got check it out. That time I went there from an oil change they have a new hustle in the works is called hydro dip check out the engine cover on this Benz and also check joe's clc rims

Joe is a car genius! I was driving up the the Cape for a family vacation when the electrical system in my BMW X5 started blinking and warned me that further driving was not possible. While waiting for a tow from AAA, I contacted Joe's Auto Service based on our location and google reviews. Valerie, who answered the phone, suggested that I text Joe directly, due to some timing factors. He called me immediately and let me know that he would look at it right away and see if he could get us back on the road. Long story short (too late already, I know!), Joe got it fixed, staying until after 7 pm to get us back on the road to our vacation. He gave me a price that was more than fair (who's going to argue about that?) and taught me a lot about my car as he discovered and fixed what turned out to be a very unusual and complicated issue, mainly to what a previous owner installed. In the meantime. Valerie hosted us in the office like company. She chatted with us and offered a charging cord, water, soda, and coffee. Together they made a horrible situation a lot more pleasant! I wish I could move this shop closer to my home - I wouldn't buy or service another car without letting Joe look at it first, and hanging out with Valerie while I did.

Joe is the man!! No b******** no broken promises and he stands by his work. He really knows Mini Coopers, gave good advice and did a great job. Kudos to his mechanic Travis too. Another good guy.
