We were told the promotion we were signing up for was buy 1 iPhone get 1 free. Totally not the case. Reese put us on the essential plan instead of putting us on the magenta plan like we requested. THANK GOD for XAVIER For his professionalism and knowledge. Today he made things right. Thank you Xavier we appreciate you. In my opinion Xavier should be the manager of the store.”

I had a very unusual situation with my father (who doesn't live in my city) that required in-person help from T-Mobile to get a physical SIM card ASAP and I'm so glad I chose this location. Their service was a slam-dunk.
I was able to:
- call this store right at opening and get someone on the phone who understood my problem and help me decide if this was the right course of action
- get expert caution/recommendation from the staff to help them help me by getting my family member pre-added to my account (because they knew exactly what problems I would face if I didn't help front-run the issue immediately)
- get a callback from them after my father had arrived
- get patient help from two staff members who carefully and calmly navigated my somewhat complex problem and unusual nature of my account
- have my father walk out with a working phone and a callback (on the proper T-mobile line) prior to his departure so that I knew he was OK
On this particularly busy day I literally would not have been able to handle the extra help needed for this. Without knowing what team I would need to count on, it's hard to express my initial apprehension and then how relieved I was that I got knowledgable and efficient help on par with some of my best IT enterprise partners with whom I have ever had the privilege of working.”

We made an appointment and were called within 5 minutes. Our customer service store specialist, Latasha James, was outstanding! She was able to help us navigate an unnecessarily difficult process, and completely remedy it. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when another customer rudely interrupted and began speaking very out of turn to her, while servicing us, she handled it with grace and composure. “I've been a Charter customer for years. I almost never have a problem. When I do, they have tech support to straighten me out . If that doesn't work, they send out someone who can correct the problem. The very few times that has happened, they arrived promptly, were polite and proficient. What more do you want? If you don't like commercials, get a DVR and fast forward through them. If you don't like the Premium channel lineup, complain to HBO, Stars, EPIX, Cinemax etc.”
