Visited this place this morning 11/1/23And found it very distasteful that this woman had to announce to the staff and clients other than myself that I should return with my paystub. I’ve been using HRblock since 2017 and this was the worst experience for me. A clients privacy is very important when running a business.

today I called, they answered me and I couldn’t heard the girl at all, I tell her that she can be heard from afar and she hangs up on me. I keep calling from different cell phone numbers and they don't pick up the cell phone, I've been trying to reach the office for 2 weeks now and you guys keep playing games. if they are working work. because my money is not a game!

Nightmare. I had a multistate tax case and the advisor Lisa Ratcliff assured me since December that she can handle this. I uploaded the documents as soon as I got them , all by January and she kept stalling for 3 months saying that it is complicated , apparently she had no idea what she was doing. And then she told me you have to file them by mail. I decided to go to Block Advisors. The Tax advisor there took 72 hours to finish my taxes and filed all states electronically. I realised that probably that worcester office and another one in Shrewsbury ask you to file by mail when they don't want to deal with issues later that they might have caused because of lack of knowledge. I don't appreciate the dishonesty saying that she can handle it and wasted 3 months of my time and never actually did anything and she could have simply said she can't do it. I think she is not in the right position for her. Bad management of the office.

My first and only bad experience. I Have used H&R block every year since 2003. The woman answering the phone & working the front desk has been rude and unpleasant. She is inept at communication. Paul has taken four weeks to let me know he still is not sure how to proceed and needs to speak with his manager. Attempting to call the location often gets a pre-recorded "they cannot answer at this time" then I walked in & it was empty and the greeter was free. I am very upset and I asked to speak to the manager who is not here today. I will no longer use H&R block.
