My tax preparer Robert Needo was very professional, patient and helpful. He took his time to answer ALL my questions, & got me a higher refund amount, going back in to my taxes double checking everything before hitting the summit button! I was very happy with the refund amount. I will be back next year(s) to see Bob from the Block! ?

Second year filing. I switched from turbo tax and I am very glad I did. H&R block is thorough, and quick. They make it so easy, and with this satisfaction, you can't beat the price!

I spent 500$ to have the taxes done incorrectly. The so called expert results had $8800 in taxes due. Even a simple review of my income would show this wasn't possible. It required my time and effort to correct their mistakes. End result was approximately $100 in taxes due. This is unacceptable but they still charged me 500$ .
