Definitely a bit pricey but loved the environment. It's well organized, the staff is friendly, AND they have a donut and sandwich place for fresh food. Will definitely be going again. A good store for a quick last-minute buy!

I’d give less stars if I could. We are on a road trip and a scruffy looking guy refused to letting 9yr old use the bathroom because of owner policy to close the bathroom at 10. How absolutely ridiculous to refuse a bathroom to a child. No human being should ever be denied a bathroom.

The store is over priced and isn't open half the time due to "technical difficulties". Maybe the owners need to give up and let people who know how to run it take over.

I lived in Worcester for a short time on Highland Street & I used to walk to this store daily. I'm very surprised by all of the negative reviews, because I've always had pleasant experiences here! The store is well stocked, clean, & opens early til late at night, sales associates are usually very friendly & courteous. They do have a public restroom for customers convenience that I believe you need a key for (not sure if that's changed? Haven't been recently!) There is also both a Honeydew Donuts & D'Angelo's inside of this establishment. ATM on site. Gasoline. Cold beverages, snacks, premade sandwiches, lottery, newspapers, tobacco, just to name a few things. Usually at least two employees working the counter to assist customers & they are clearly familiar with working in a fast paced environment. Even when lines get long, they have no trouble keeping up & having it moving quickly. Handicapped accessible store/restrooms & handicapped parking available. Prices are reasonable. Ask for a honey money card to help you save & request it be scanned each time you pay.

A great store with top notch employees who cater to the public in the best way they can. Honestly I've been in and out the store on a number of occasions and of course some people have their days but alot of the customers are very rude and are the most needy lazy clientele that the store must deal with on a daily basis. Good job guys. Most appreciated.

I like this HF because it's close to my house and has pretty consistant help who know us and are friendly and helpful. The problem is the drug addicts allowed to hang around the door and beg for money. It makes it uncomfortable if you are a disabled person and move slow. I wish they would stop it. At times I have gone to another store because there were too many beggars along with the smokers right at the door. People are free to do what they want, but please move away from the doors.

The two females at the counter March 22nd, 1:45pm during a crisis and they're laughing and mistreating customers. Had to drag it out of her that her manager's name was Paul. Shameful way you're treating people in a crisis. This is why honeyfarms is slowly shutting down in the area.

Lived here for almost 2 years and the new hires get more ignorant. In 48 hours I've said how are you doing and tried to be nice because I also work customer service. It's never no reply and it's almost like I'm interrupting them on they phone. I'm now a manager and I know customer service is difficult but sheesh at least be human. Don't tell me hold up aggressively because you forgot to hit payment when I'm obviously about to swipe my card. It's only a few there that act human and sad to say the black over night one isn't one and the new black fit guy isn't either. Cough cough not racial because I'm black as well smh do y'all just hire anyone that wants a job or do you want customers to come back to shop and get gas smh
