New management is so on point with customer skills! I have had a great experience renting a couple times a month (since June) and have been in and out for timing . The staff (shout out to Nixon and Nicole) are very courteous and it was nice to see a change at Park Ave because it wasn’t so pleasant before new management!

Worst place to rent a car. 35 min waiting, 1 person for all customers, and they don’t have automatic system to fill the forms.
My reservation starts 10:00 am 04/11 , and looks like normal procede here. Not again ?

Worst experience ever. I mase a reservation to find out they won't approve because my CREDIT CARD does NOT have a chip in it. This is by far the worst place to do business with, and they are very unprofessional.
