State workers who were not given the option had Tufts didn't do our homework in time and switched to Harvard Pilgrim. Wife has chronic condition where she has to have procedures more than usual. I know they and Tufts are supposedly combining. All I know is they were supposed to be equivalent and we are paying way more. Next year we are doing our homework bye bye Harvard why pay a lot for an insurance which covers so little. Oh after we pay almost 5000 out of pocket they will cover more gee thanks. Is there a zero stars.

This is as close as I think you can get to paying, but getting no coverage. They assigned me a primary care doctor who doesn't see patients in that capacity. Then they told me to find one on their website. I was on the phone for over 3 1/2 hours of wrong numbers, wrong addresses and doctors that are not accepting patients. One of them was a car dealership. I finally found one tat will see me 10 months from now, but won't write any referrals in the meantime. And this insurance won't pay anything without a referral. I wouldn't even classify it as insurance. It's a load of crap.

Absolutely disgusting insurance company! Just like the rest! Corrupt pieces of trash that rob the american people... Hope if your reading this you never have had to deal with the complete and disgusting incompetence I've had to deal with! I hope Harvard Pilgrim burns to the ground as a company!

Such a miserable company to work with. I cannot believe they treat their members so poorly. My wife is pregnant and we are jumping through hoops and spending hours on the phone each week just to get the most basic of coverage. I have this plan though my employer, and its not cheap. Stay far away from Harvard Pilgram
