Such a bad experience with the service. Went in to look at a RAV4, made $1000 deposit and when I had to cancel it took them 1 month and multiple calls to refund my deposit! Ridiculous, they are quick to take the money but when they need to give it back they have no sense of urgency or respect for their customers...

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, both with sales and service. I recently purchased a new Camry from Harr, and the representative (Wilson) was great to work with. He made sure that my wife and I got the car we needed while staying within our budget. Having had experiences at other dealerships where salespeople have tried to upsell us, it was refreshing getting to work with someone who really seemed to care about our needs.

Worked out a deal, they send the credit app to me, then tell me they sold the car 20 minutes later.
This is the some of the most deceitful practice I’ve ever experienced in my years as a consumer. Stay away from this dealership at all cost, or it may cost you they are dishonest.

Don’t bring your vehicle here. They overcharged me to reset my electronic parking break. Then told me they updated my computer free of charge. Yah, thanks for nothings. Take your business elsewhere.
Update -8-13-24. The head of the service department contacted me to let me know they were going to refund an hours worth of labor. That’s great, but really all it tells me is they know they charged me too much for what they did. If I hadn’t written this review, I never would’ve heard from them again. Your repeat customers like myself, who have purchased three or four cars from you, is how you stay in business. Do better Harr.

I didn't buy a Toyota from Harr but a used trade in they had. Long story short the car had some issues and I was worried I'd be stuck with the bill. Harr had my money and could've ignored us but they did the right thing and cut a check to have everything made correct, and being a Mercedes it was a pretty big check. I appreciate that they kept their word and took care of us well after the sale. Can't speak to the Toyota experience but they seem to be an honest business.

Don't buy car hear unless it's a toyota because they tell you to take it after you buy it to the manifacture dealer that they don't service them but yet they put it on there lot to sell and make a profit on it they did this to me year ago when I bought a blazer and wanted them to fix it they said where a Ford dealer not Chevy and recently my daughter bought a Subaru from them and needs warenty work and they pulled same thing with her bring it to Subaru for repairs they told her so be ware

I was charged $1500 for brake and rotor replacement, but estimates from other sources were under $1000. Recently, when my power steering had issues, Harr quoted $2500 for repairs without including the inspection fee, which seemed excessive. I sought a second opinion from another auto repair company and managed to get the power steering system fixed for just $300. It appears that Harr consistently attempts to charge their customers higher prices.
Get away from Harr!!!

I bought my first non-American made car here . Best decision ever. I could not negotiate a better price at two other dealerships so I came back here to harr and bought a 2018 highlander limited. Had it serviced here and I can tell you service is second to none. They are on time, fast efficient, professional, will give you a ride and even buy you lunch if you’re waiting. I drove the highlander for 6 years over 120k miles and it never needed a repair beyond scheduled maintenance all of which was done here . Service and Sales are exceptional.

They gave us a price for a diagnostic at 185 then ramp it up to $500 because they said they couldn’t find the problem when the last mechanic that we had the car told him exactly what the problem was and he wasn’t able to fix it because it was something only Toyota can do. And we still never got a diagnosis of the vehicle they checked everything except but they were supposed to check and still charge my sister $500 and then no trespassing order against me and my sister and I had just bought a brand new RAV4 from them. The snakes don’t ever get your car service by these people.
