The wait for service was very long, but they do offer a Chic-fil-a sandwich’s. Also, I called service to ask about my repair and it’s been 3 days and the gentleman has not returned my call. I’ll have to call again and see if he can be reached.Service: Wheel alignment

I had an interesting problem with my car. Miguel and Johnny took care of me and my car and within an hour my problem was fixed. They performed an excellent, fast, and arduous job to ensure my safety.

Price is expensive, but it’s a dealership. Don’t go try to save a penny elsewhere because you won’t get the same service or swiftness and kindness like you would here. Love the turn around time and transparency during the service of my vehicle, I will be sticking to Harr going forth. I took in my 2008 tundra and they were the first dealership who got straight to the point and didn’t try to tack on any extra stuff just because of milage and age. Got to love that honesty. All service providers were professional and highly communcative, providing timely updates on my vehicle status and progress. Services were complete in a very timely manner, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Love that they provide a video of the tech working on my vehicle, and the free Chick-fil-A is just too kind. Will definitely return.Services: Tire rotations

Harr sold me defective tires. They were bald after 10k miles and 3 month. I went into the service department 5 weeks after initial mount, explained the car hydroplaned frequently and wasn't safe. They gave me a hard time for waiting 5 weeks. 3 months the tires are bald. The service manager lied, said I didn't come into the service department to complain and blamed the wear on me. Harr not willing to accept responsibility put my car on the road compromising safety for their bottom line.

Service department sold me defective tires, bald after 10k miles. I went into the service department 5 weeks after the initial tires mounted explained the car was hydroplaning and it wasn't safe. The service rep gave me a hard time for waiting 5 weeks to express my concern. Went back after 3 months, tires were bald. The service manager lied, said he had no record of my visit (even though he insisted they photograph the vin# when driving thru the garage). He blamed me for the tire wear and refused to accept responsibility. They sacrificed my safety and the safety of other drivers for the sake of their bottom line.

Harr fit me in on a Saturday with a pretty extensive amount of work so that I could drive my car on vacation. Jeff was awesome with the communication throughout the whole process. The Uber rides back to my house was a lifesaver so I didn’t have to sit there for hours. They definitely make service a priority at Harr!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

All my cars have been Toyota. I just love everything about it. I know this place already, and let me tell you, that I didn't feel like today: Rod and Olivia did a great job. They took care of me and treat me as a queen, and they not only were fast but received me with a nice smile. Thank you, and I'd love to be attended by them next time!

I wanted to send a much needed updated review from our experience at Harr Toyota. As you can tell from our previous review we started off with a negative experience and in all honesty, I would have never thought I would be walking out of there satisfied with our purchase. However, to my surprise I can confidently say that I am not only a happy costumer, but a customer who would recommend and purchase from Harr in the future. As someone who has worked in customer service all of my life, I understand how mistakes are usually the cause of only a few people, but I also understand that the customer always should be taken care of. And that's exactly what happened. They acknowledged the issues present and went out of their way to put us in another vehicle that we would be happy with. While this is the right thing to do, their efforts to put us into this vehicle went above and beyond what they "had to do". In addition, they treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire deal. I also want to give a special thanks to Sophia and Derek, who spent many hours with us fixing and resolving the problem. Walking in and being greeted with a smile by Sophia was always something I looked forward to. I had a 20000 maintenance done the 13th at 3:30 and when I went in the service associate said she would check the contract information and went on to say that I was eligible for the free oil change and tire rotation along with certain checks. she added that Toyota recommends a wheel alignment and it was $ 139.99. This is the second time she has asked me this, the previous time was when I went in for my 15K service. I checked the service manual it does not in any way recommends this service and so I declined the service. now the dissatisfaction was with regard to this snapcell.co/cr87s. they reported that my cabin filter on the Rav 4 was dirty and there was a mouse nest built up in there And it plus cost 191.99 to clean the cabin filter blower and replace it. I declined the service and brought it to my original dealership and they found that there a filter which was as specified as dirty but there was no mouse nest or residues of any sort. I warn everyone to beware of such up selling tactics. The filter cost me on $ 39.99 but it looks like the service at Harr was not truthful. this is not the first time I have been disappointed with Harr more than once but I went back to them only because what they have to perform is within the contract of two years service with no extra charge. Be careful guys.

First off this place gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesman Nana was amazing! He's the reason I bought my car there! There are 4 Toyota dealerships closer to me and I'll gladly drive back to Harr Toyota to buy another car!
