Stop pulling my credit for car loans. I have no interest in buying a car and I am tired of getting letters about this company trying to get me pre-approved for a loan when I have never contacted them. That certainly is a creative way to make sure I will never buy a car from these people.

This Harr coalition center is a rip off place. I had a scratch on my truck and they told me to get an estimate for the work, I need to pay $50 and the estimate would be emailed to me by the end of the day but I never got the email. Total rip off and unprofessionalism

Dodge a bullet from these people! I bought 4 brand new tires as I travel a lot to work and co, ever since I got the tires it’s been one issue or the other- I usually took it back to them once I got a signal on my dashboard- am very particular with care of my car, i was unhappy that those tires were not good ones even though they were sold as brand new, I drew the line when I was driving one day from home on the highway and the tires blew off my rim, I had to grab tight on the wheels to maneuver my way to the slow lane as I was at the time driving on the fast lane! I literally saw my life blink in front of me! Now I got the car towed to them and complained of the tires- explaining that they have always had issues and I don’t trust the other 3, if this had happened to my front tires i may not have made it! What warranty are you giving me that this won’t repeat itself of which may turn out fatal- he replied saying anyone going to the hospital has no guarantee of returning so he can’t say anything ???????The sales director also told me they only able to replace the blown out tire and if I didn’t take my car they would impound it and have me pay for parking- it’s going to be very interesting between us because clearly my life doesn’t have any value to them, no remorse whatsoever, extremely arrogant individual, this is a vehicle I transport my two young kids in. He even had the audacity to want to sell me another set of tires?, I thought it was so funny…Will update u as we go! But for your own sake dodge a bullet from them

Toyota collision repaired well. Harr worked directly with the insurance company as extra repairs were needed. They communicated frequently to let me know what was going on and the amount of time it would take.

I was shopping for a vehicle, and spoke with Derek a couple of times. He was always responsive, and helpful. Even though I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, I recommend Derek. He came highly recommend by two of my friends. He's got a great voice as well :).

Toyota's pretty much sell themselves their models are consistently ranked among the highest in reliability. Trading in my car for a new Camry was a breeze. I worked with Roy. He wasn't pushy, answered every question I had and didn't try to upsell me. He also walked through some of the newer features in the Camry and helped me set up the associated app on my phone. My wife also had a good experience buying her car here.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, I had nothing but problems right from the start. Sales department is so dysfunctional, please stay away.
