I came in because a popular oil change company stripped the drain plug of my wrangler. Rather than wait in the dealership I went to Panera next door to wait for the verdict on my repair. To my shock rather than call me the customer service rep came and found me at Panera! It will be a quick fix but I cannot express how floored I was at them coming to talk to me about my options. It was a very nice gesture to show how they care about their customers. I could not be more impressed.

Traveled over three hours to Harr CJDR because they had the exact truck that I was looking for in their inventory. Made the trip down, made a very respectable deal. The staff was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service, poor repair ethics and careful because they do charge approximately 8 to 11% higher than it should be (maybe to help pay for the coffee and food they try and give you for free? Thats a guess i am really unsure why they do this!) Also for new purchases if you dont get the loan from them and have your own money they will scam you by telling you you need a warranty on you new vehicle (when all new vehicles come with a warranty REGARDLESS IF YOU WANT ONE OR NOT. ) so never ever ever fall for that. They did battery repair on my jeep, made me over pay about 20% more and they broke my glove compartment and said they didnt. When i have pictures of what they did. Christian Aylward emailed me and said no way did they do this and they would give me a free "oil change " and they kept pushing it like i really needed to take free oil change from them! After that they never ever followed up again. Stay clear of Harr there are sooo many better jeep dealers out there, dont get taken! I give HARR an F- for a grade

We had a very good experience at Harr. There was no pressure to buy. Staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Didn't rush me even though it was close to closing time. Danyelle and Garett were great. First time at this dealer and I could not be more satisfied. Buying my new truck was a quick and pleasant experience.

Our experience at Harr was wonderful! Phoebe was amazing to work with and I’d recommend her for any car shopping needs! I hate the process of buying a car, and she made us feel very comfortable. She answered all of our questions, and addressed every concern. We can’t thank her enough!

Getting my dream car was such a breeze and it’s was all thanks to working with Louis and Garrett. They made the entire process seamless and headache free. Even when I got a little annoying by calling them nonstop, they were gracious, kind and very respectful. I couldn’t have thought of a better team to have helped me get my dream car. They seriously went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful to have had them through my car buying journey.

The service department is horrible they will rob you blind by unchanging everything and make you pay for parts and services that should be included in the original repair my repair cost $5,000 for a transmission but they wanted a extra $2,500 for oil and 2 lines and after paying $7,500 they didn't have the decency to provide a curtesy car I bet if I didn't have a Spanish last name they would have no problem providing one even after telling them I have a special needs daughter who had doctors appointments that she missed because it over a month ro get my car fixed they are miserable and money hungry but I know they will have to answer to God

The stigma of buying a new car is always painful. Not when shopping at HARR JEEP in Worcester. Honestly from the time I walked in the door til the very end of the buying process it was nothing short of amazing. Friendly sales reps and managers. Beautiful new establishment with tons of inventory.Never any pressure, in fact quite the opposite. Kudos to Danyelle and Kevin who made sure my buying experience was nothing short of perfect. I walked away in a new vehicle and they went above and beyond to help my family. Will continue to business with HARR in the future, I highly recommend- they are by far the best jeep dealership in the state of Massachusetts! (Coming from someone who has only bought jeeps across the state) You wont be disappointed!!

The transaction is still on going you IT guys or you marketing experts should lesson I’m not walking buying a candybar - when you’re purchasing a $70,000 vehicle it takes time. Whosever asking for this information needs to go buy a truck.
