The coaches are top-notch, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help you improve. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a good atmosphere. Where you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Centermass has something for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t regret it!”

86 Shrewsbury St, Worcester“I've been working out at Elevate since spring of 2021, and its been worth literally every cent. Evan puts his heart and soul into this gym, and he's got a fun, skilled team of coaches that bring their own personality to the sessions. I feel like I found myself again by coming here, and in the process I found a community. They change up the classes on a monthly basis, so you can challenge yourself without the workouts going stale. They perfected their virtual game over the pandemic, which is great because they keep me honest while I'm out of town. Thank you Elevate for encouraging me to Be my Best ?”

386 Shrewsbury St, Worcester“By far one of the best Anytime Fitnesses in the area. While it seems small given its location, I have never had an issue waiting for equipment. The equipment variety is phenomenal and rivals many boutique powerlifting/bodybuilding gyms. There are plenty of squat racks and plates. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The only flaw I find is that there are limited treadmills when it’s busy and not all of the treadmills have functioning incline.
There is a suggestion box and the owner Gary is great and handles problems as soon as they are brought up.”

47 SW Cutoff, Worcester“We are just finishing our first season on a Spirit Central All Star Cheer team and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Expectations for each cheer level are clearly laid out before the season begins as well as important dates and the financial commitment. The staff is very responsive to the concerns of athletes and parents. Children are treated fairly and there is zero tolerance for bullying and negativity. Competitions were fun, and all teams were well prepared and excelled at every comp I attended.”

10 Pullman St, Worcester“I dropped in for a class here when I was visiting family, and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and the instructor Dave took the time to explain some new movements. Would recommend to anyone!”
“I’m so glad I took a risk and started learning to pole dance. I’m amazed by how strong I’ve gotten in a short amount of time, and all the instructors that I’ve had are great. They care about you doing the moves right and in a safe way for your body. They also have a good variety of classes and styles. And everyone is very friendly!! You should totally try it. It’s also very well-priced for the kind of instruction you get, and in a nice, big studio.”
“You can't go wrong here, at any age! Join, add muscles ?, drop extra weight, or put it on, if too thin. Follow up Physical Therapy, doing what they surest here, & heal better, faster, & rebuild your body to its apex.”

75 Shore Dr, Worcester“I started to come to this branch for 2 months already, and here are my initial thoughts:PROS:1. Unlimited access to classes2. New equipment spin bikes just came in3. Never had issues with parking, although it is always teetering on being full towards the evening4. Staff has been helpful5. Prices are fair, if you attend couple of group classes a week6. Lots of people in the gym (if you are a socialite, this might be a good thing)CONS:1. Locker rooms can be more clean2. Lots of people on equipment and crowded at times (if you are introvert, this can get overwhelming).3. Price starts to not be worth it, if you don't attend a couple of group classes a week.VERDICT:For the price and the amount of times I go for group classes, going to the Y is worth it for me. The place can get nutty at times, but if you just go straight to the locker room and to the group class, it isn't that bad.The lockers do feel pretty dirty and the pools have been closed down because of it being dirty. I haven't tried the pool yet (and don't intend to!), so your mileage may vary.Coming here isn't some luxury gym (nor should it be), but for the price and ease of parking, helpful staff, and unlimited classes, I think this is worth it.TIPS:* You can sign-up for 1 week FREE trial to test the waters. You can try any classes and see if it fits. If you do decide to signup as a member, they waive the joining fee!* If you have a spouse, they can be added to your plan and it would be a discounted price.* Make sure to download their app. It is very easy to use and you can signup for classes in seconds.* Depending on your insurance and financial situation, you can get discounted (or free!) membership. Make sure to ask for that in the front desk. They will guide you through it.Good luck!”

“I have been a member of this gym for 30 years. I have been here before it was a Crunch, so I have seen different gyms and new workers as time has passed. Crunch Fitness with staff like Kevin and Katie, have made this Crunch Fitness my best experience.
I started lifting weights in my early 20’s. At that time I had no idea of the positive influence of weight bearing exercises would have on me not only physically but mentally too. As I got stronger my athlete goals transformed. In my 50’s I was able to finish 5 marathons and one half marathon. Today I still consider myself to be a fit, and still call Crunch Fitness my home. Each day I am excited to come back!”
“I've been to many gyms, but none are as excellent as crunch fitness from grafton st, Worcester. When you go to Crunch, look for kiwuagwu, he answered all my questions and is an excellent instructor. It has all the equipment I need and a pushing bag, which is very rare to have.”
“I’ve been going to Stronger for the last 4 months and I’ve seen a world of a difference in my physical and mental wellbeing. All I had to do was show up to class and follow instructions, which is fantastic when you are trying to build a routine and discipline. It’s a judgement free gym and great for all fitness levels. Frank and the crew are lovely people, who are constantly kind and supportive when you are overwhelmed (special shoutout to Brianne!). I can’t recommend Stronger enough!”
