The Kelley Square Gulf Gas Station at 185 Madison Street in Kelley Square has become a constant, non-stop place for late night parties with random vehicles piled up blasting music and keeping up the neighborhood almost every single night for months now. The owners of Chop Chop have been contacted directly multiple times but they have struggled to get control of what’s going on. It’s gotten to the point of being outrageous and is affecting the health and welfare of many that live in the many nee complexes that surround Polar Park.
