I do not recommend going there they’re very rude they don’t like helping you, the customer service/ cashier are rude and disrespectful (I went with my step-mother she needed help I told her to go and ask the cashier, she went and keep in mind the cashier know how to speak Spanish and the cashier not once tried to help her, she was too busy talk with her coworkers to help us), the store is good and have good clothes, bag, etc,.but the prices are ridiculous.

Pro: Pretty good selection; prices are good Con: since COVID, changing rooms are still closed so you have to either try clothes on over your clothes or just guess it will fit. There are also no bathrooms open to the public. So if you decide to go make sure to dress in a way that would best accommodate trying clothes on over them. I found great items but when I tried them on I had issues putting them on with my clothes on (even if they might work if I didn't have clothes on, I ended up getting nothing)

I've never really spoken to the staff other than just when paying, so I don't have an opinion on them, but this is my favorite thrift store in the city. I wish there was more mens clothing but thats kind of a universal problem for all stores.

My mom is undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy no. She has stage 4 cancer. She loves shopping for her family back in Colombia here, at the good will. After 15 days in treatment this was the first time that she felt enough energy to go out. We were in the store and my mom, fatigued, really had to use the bathroom. I told an employee the situation, and begged her to please go ask her manager, Sandra if my mom could use their ‘private’ bathroom. The employ acted like she didn’t care, she went to the back to ask her manager, Sandra, and she came back saying that they didn’t care. That we had to leave the store to use the bathroom. Cancer or no cancer. For a place that prides itself at helping others, to deny a bathroom to a dying person- it’s a terrible establishment with heartless employees.

While in New Orleans as a student at Tulane university, the Goodwill store provided us with furniture for our apartment. The people there, brought everything to our apartment & I’m forever grateful for the kindness & the great old sturdy furnishings for suchwonderful prices. As a student, money was tight. I will always be grateful for the service they provided for us in our time of need. Now as a grown adult, I am a successful person with a good profession & try to give back when I can & do still shop at a goodwill store for blue jeans when I lost a bit of weight & didn’t really know what size I was. I tried on a few pairs & purchasedwhat I needed. I also bought some fancy dresses for my nieces to use when they played dress up. They loved the clothes. I filled a huge box for them & it was so much fun watching them try on & play for hours with the clothes. I think my sister gave the dresses back to the Goodwill when the girls grew up.I’ve always been amazed at how clean & organized all the goodwill stores are. I’ve moved around many times & always try to find a local store to shop & to give them a lot of my clothes as I thin out my closet. You all do a great service to the community & I know a lot of folks who wouldn’t be able to afford clothes for themselves & their children, if it wasn’t for you & your service. Thank you very much. Namaste ? peace ☮️

I went here to donate a ton of my childhood toys. The workers were extremely rude and didn't seem like they wanted me there at all. It was extremely disheartening. It makes me not want to donate to this facility again.

A very good thrift store with clothing accessories and kitchen ware focused..There is quite some turnover at this place. Everything seems to be arranged quite well. There a lot of times I felt the prices are not a bargain. Lol. I mean these are completely used or thrown away goods then why is it necessary to price it even half the original value..Thrift stores you might something very interesting and take some money plus environmental friendly. ✌️.Note - they have student discount every Thursday. 15%and a senior citizen discount on Tuesdays i think.

Sandra and Svetlana will never understand customer service. Emerald thought a relationship that wasn't effecting business was worthy of termination, but not all the petty theft that goes on...She also put a no trespassing order on a homeless man I later bought shoes for

Svetlana and Penelope are rockstars- top of their game. As for having to pay for a bags, MOST Massachusetts residents understand that the practice was implemented to discourage waste and encourage better environmental practices. This place is incredible and I recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for a unique item or if they would like to donate something to help others in need.

I needed to see for myself how bad customer service is. Aside from a few associates in this store my experience is atrocious. Penelope looks like she hates customers SVETLANA is horrific and An older white woman piled my items near her as if she was taking them home places my receipt on the counter in front of her no handing it no thank you for shopping no bag which you have to Pay FOR NOW SERIOUSLY YOUR INVENTORY IS FREE BUT OUR BAGS CANT BE WOW. I simply HATeshopping here and I no longer will most pleasant associates LEAVE. They are beyond lucky they don’t have a Goodwill close by this will be the first one to go out of business no real furniture no real selections an incredibly small store in horrible management recipe for disaster

I understand that for public/covid reasoning you don't have ur fitting rooms open but then place a return policy for clothing. How is it possible that I will spend money there but can't return it if it does not fit. U stealing people's money. And now and days we have alot of people that don't have that kind of money to spend just because. So I recommend that as a goodwill store that atleast your fitting rooms should be open giving people the opportunity to make sure that the little bit of money they may have to get clothe is something that they will use and not have to give it away because it didn't fit and have them waist unnecessary money. Things are getting harder for people don't be a store that takes advantage of people.

Good prices but a bit disorganized and the selection of goods is limited compared to a larger thrift store like Sa vers yo in Lincoln Square.
