Guy wasn't at the location. Waited for almost 10 minutes. I told him I was about to leave no sign or nothing stating they will be back. He was rude said he couldn't put a sign because they will know he wasn't there. This happened July 9 around 9 20 to 9 50. I said you guys should have a sign so no one goes in and have to back out especially with a big van. He said he didn't care and will continue to leave without any sign or saying anything.

When this first opened, we had such a great experience lately we’re traveling to other locations because certain machines are not working and cleaning the car as well. It’s time to upgrade your machines.

They have a bad habit of keeping your data and continuing to charge you every month. I know how it works but if I specified that I only wanted it for that occasion when I made the payment and canceled the subscription, the employee told me that he would do it that way but apparently he only did it so that I would accept the service, it is not the first time I'm not the first person to do it, be more responsible, you know it's a frequent complaint so the problem is not the clients, the fact that I pay one day does not give you the right to keep my data if you previously told me that I didn't want to the renewal and that I would only use it for that day. I demand that they give me a refund and stop taking money from my account. I contacted you by email days ago and I still haven't received any response.

Beware look at your car after you come out guaranteed it'll be scratched especially the passenger side this is the worst car wash you can go to do not take your car there been a customer for 4 years and they denied that my car got scratched through there beware Go somewhere else.

I recently had my car serviced at the Golden Nozzle car wash on Lincoln St, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Benny Nieves was friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer.

Be careful! They sign you up for membership without your permission!! I am in the process of getting my money back for 3 months that they have billing me for membership that I have never given my permission to. All I did, washed my car once at this scam place! Paid with my credit card and they signed me up for a membership using my credit card. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!By far the worst customer service ever. Assistant manager rudely called my mother who was a loyal member a scammer for asking about a promotion. This whole company is unorganized and potentially a scam as they charged us double for each service and told us that they “don’t do refunds”. I do not care if this is a convenient stop for your regular wash, literally go anywhere else but these people.

I have monthly unlimited pass. I set the timer everytime after my car is on track and start rolling. Everytime it take different amount of time,difference in 4 to 15 seconds. I guess they change velt setting based on how busy they are. Quality of wash is okay. But I'd not buy highest package as no guarantee car will be washed per what you pay. rather chose lowest package. End of the day, monthly pass is win-win deal.

Always a good wash here! Staff does a pretty good pre rinse (which is key) and the wash itself does a pretty solid job as well! ??

Leaves soap on car every single time at every single place I've tried. Does not rinse clean and does not dry your car properly. Over priced.

I had bad experience in this place it doesn't wash my car completely they just spray a little water and left soap stains on the surface of the car!

Just had a great experience with their customer service department. Left a message about being charged for 2 months I didn't use service and a nice and helpful lady named Lisa called back and refunded me in less then 1 min with zero stress or hassle. I will definitely use their service again, only reason I canceled, is I am in between cars. 5 star customer service and refreshing to actually get a call back when they knew i was looking for refund. Very impressed!

Depending on the worker....for example, there is a guy on Grove st that is amazing and than there is also a guy that is SO slow and does NOT do his job, at all, he is way too busy on his phone and clearly does not want to be bothered to do his job properly. If I showed the video (of him) I do believe he would be released of his duties immediately!
