Went in this week to shop and the young girl working was very helpful in helping me choose items for my teenage son. She made good choices as my son was very happy when he received his birthday gifts today that she chose for him while I was there. I will definitely go back. I really enjoy the smaller stores that you can get a more personalized experience in.

I recently shopped here to buy some sneakers with my mother and I was waiting 30 mins on the girl manager to help us out with shoes but she was on the phone talking to whoever and kept saying “hold on” every 5 mins and she kept going to the back. I been shopping here for a while and I never had this problem before. I’m completely disappointed and never will be coming back to this store again.

As in older shopper, I did not appreciate walking into this location and there being 12 teenagers just hanging out in the store two girls, very young and age dancing inappropriately it was just very loud. The employees could not have been bothered with my sale. I’m not happy. I’m not impressed and I’m not coming back to this location.

The two Spanish women working in this establishment are very unprofessional and don’t understand what being in retail customer services is. The whole store had red stickers with marked down prices and when I went to the register she gave me a total different price that was $50 more. Once I explained and showed proof, her explanation was “It wasn’t supposed to be there” but the whole store had red marked down prices. Even one of the black employees were confused and said the price I gave was correct. I nicely asked them if they can honor it because it’s there mistake and they said NO! I’ve called the store twice to ask to speak with a manager and my calls were ignored. This isn’t the first time coming to this specific location and having issues, this was my last time!

The service is terrible all 3 sales ppl wer joking and playing around 1 sales guy was out side riding his skateboard the female sales was out back or her phone etc.they giys working with us was rude and did not wanned to work..I Bought 2 pairs of snickers the 1st snickers had wrong pricing and wrong tags and they over charge me for the shoes went it was tag a different price they hade to honor the price that was on the item and they said no even do she knew it was a mistake and it was tag wrong she still woudent help at all..not one but 2 mistakes so i almost walk out with out purchasing anything but my son really wanned the shoes otherwise i wouda walk out.. Bad costurmer service from the start all the way till i walk out the store my family was upset 😡 i can bet i can go again tomorrow and its all left the same all wrong tagging and price merchandise and then at the cash register they charge you a diffrent price rip off .. Clearly management need to step inamd fix these issues cause its not the first time.. They do this all the time especially super bad service and profound l language at work place with costurmers
