I went 2 weeks ago for pedicure and Linda took her time with doing it thoroughly! She did an amazing job. I went back for a deep manicure because my nails have become very brittle and now ruined and I told her my concerns and even though it was just a regular manicure, she went above and beyond to make them look normal and beyond amazing compared to how they were. She also provided advice and products for purchase to help with the nail repair. I have found my nail place and can't wait to bring my mom and friends here. Amazing customer service and clean!!

The staff are awesome, they are kind, respectful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my first experience at exotic nails but the reason i did not give 5 stars is that within the first week, the gel started to chip away( see pics) i been using gloves when i clean but still they did not even last a week! The staff are really nice but the quality of the work is disappointing, i was planning to go back but now i probably wont since i spent alot of money but i am not happy with the quality..

Today was my first visit to Exotic Nails, and Tran immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She would ask me periodically if I was okay and to confirm my liking to what she was doing to my toes and hands. Her attention to detail was everything. She’s such a sweetheart and she did an amazing job with me. Although I was skeptical because of prior experience I’ve had that weren’t great in other locations I’m glad I took the chance and came in today to Exotic Nails.. See you in a few weeks for a refill ??
Requested style: I came in with a whole other idea for my nails that I shared with Tran but after some thorough consideration I ended up doing French Tip w/Gems. Turned out better than k imaged.
Cleanliness: The location was small, but comfortable,. It felt very welcoming and relaxed. Very clean overall. Great experience for me. & I love that the customers or usuals that come in engage in conversation with you as well. So friendly.
Stylist: I loved working with Tran she was amazing, she doesn’t over herself enough credit with the work she does especially how through and detail she is in making sure that you get exactly what you asked while providing a great experience for the customer.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t get much service and sit there available, waiting on so called appointments. They don’t care about ya money. Not worth it

Their prices are very expensive, their treatment is good, and their work is very ordinary. I made acrylics. They determine the price based on the length and shape of the nails. It only cost me $70 for the acrylic.

I walked in and immediately was greeted with the greatest customer service i have ever witnessed! Being a family owned business with only 3 people working they had about 6-8 customers in there and not once did I ever feel like it was a long wait! They apologized thinking it was and it was not! It was such a nice ambiance, I felt very welcomed the whole time, and the customer service overall was amazing. I am never one to do my nails at all, but i did them this time for a holiday party and let me just say… I think i will be regularly doing my nails now!

First time coming here today, & I can honestly say it was a pleasure.. these ladies were so sweet, asked me throughout the time if everything was ok, if anything needed to be fixed.. super clean & organized.. I will definitely be coming back ?☺️
