If you're working with an insurance claim and don't want to give in to the inevitable upsell by paying out of pocket, don't expect a good experience or to feel like a priority. They're the only one of four Enterprise locations in a ~5 mile radius that couldn't offer a car within 48 hours. Unfortunately they have a monopoly on pickups and drop offs from the body shop I'm working with.

My entire experience at Enterprise was amazing! Ben was on top of everything and reached out frequently to check in on my rental. Would definitely recommend the branch on Park Ave in Worcester.

No recommend unless you want to have time to waste having to search for a different location after waiting and getting a "sorry we don't have a car today". It's unfortunate that with so many location within minutes of themselves these unprofessional group of people can organize their simple fleet inventory. 2...

The customer service was on point. Jaden and Jared made this a very quick but effective process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I would totally recommend everyone this location. Their team is very welcoming and professional.

I wouldn’t recommend this place.I reserved car on Sunday for Tuesday and got my online reservation confirmed.When I got in there on Tuesday I was told that there are no cars available.I understand it can happen but they should have contacted me before I walked for 30 min to get there.Guy there was nice and called other branches to check if they have any car available but there were none. Then he told me that he would contact me when they had a car available but he never did.

Apparently when you make a reservation here, they don't actually have the vehicles. Very misleading and frustrating.

Does not have the vehicles on site that is displayed online/enterprise database. The franchise as a whole has TERRIBLE customer service.This location just answers and hangs up if they can't help you.

The employee comes out “From the middle of his break” to a long line of customers waiting only to say , he will be right back in. I’m on break walks away and shuts the door leaving the line of customers standing there not helped

I had an accident and my car was totaled and needed a car rental and my insurance referred me to enterprise with a reservation number. The insurance covered the cost of the rental for about 3 weeks and I assumed the payments after. At that time I was reassured that enterprise will continue to charge me the same discounted (insurance)rate. Today I received a call from enterprise at park ave Worcester that they would only honor the agreement for 30 days and the new rate would be more than double what I am paying currently. The lady I spoke to was not willing to work with me in any way to reduce the rate. It feels like a bait and switch situation. Enterprise do better. You are dealing with a person not a thing. Very disappointed. Now I’m faced with a possibility of not having transportation for work while I’m trying to look/buy a new car.

I used this location frequently over the past few months and everyone was fantastic. I've probably had everyone's help but most recently Jared and Cole helped me with my last rental and it was easy and both were helpful. I will be back in Worcester in the Fall and look forward to renting from them for more weekend getaways

Got upgraded to a premium crossover for no charge. Super staff and 24 hour support. We rented for a road trip to Washington DC from Massachusetts. Loved it and would do it again.
