Service was awesome, Drew at the Worcester location offered me an upgrade at a reasonable rate. He was very personable and took care of the paperwork quickly. Because of the company's consistency and quality, I always look to book with them.

Booked a car in a day in advanced I received the confirmation email for the booking. Still I called them to confirm the booking, the guy even confirmed about it. The next day, two hours before going to pick up the car I called again to inform them that I am coming to pick the car up. This time it was another person, I believe the head/manager of the location - he says there in no booking. I even told him about the confirmation email that I received. But he didn't agree, he said the website doesn't work well. i even mentioned that i confirmed the booking from the other guy yesterday. Hearing this, their response was that there are no cars available and the person would just hang up on me. It was frustrating because I specifically confirmed with them yesterday still there was no willingness to assist me. Now, I have no option but to take another car at urgent, expensive rate from somewhere else.

Tyler and Colin were kind and accommodating with getting me and my boyfriend a car for our reservation on a very busy day where rentals were not being returned on time.This location offers confirmation calls the day before your reservation - I’ve used Enterprise before and in different countries but have never received a reminder call. This was very appreciated.

As a small business owner and past client, I would recommend Avis car rental ovr enterprise if there is ever an option. Yes there less location yet the service is far greater and reliable. Would not recommend enterprise unless you have money and time to waste once you wait for your car just to know they don't have it

Great experience! Had car trouble so Needed a car rental last minute. After unsuccessful attempts to rent a car at different car rental locations, Enterprise came through for us! Shout out to Kevin and Tyler. They were pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for helping us get to our destination so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving!!

Terrible service. Did a last minute third party reservation and essentially was treated as though I didn't matter. Big guy with an orange beard and orange hair. This guy messed up my entire day that I put a lot of money and time into. Showed zero compassion towards my issue and wouldn't give me the time of day. I can confirm he was the manager of this specific establishment. This guy is a joke of a representation of what this company should be upholding.

Very easy to rent. Helpful employees. Downside is that customer service will reserve cars that the actual store doesn't have ready. I was very frustrated that I was promised a large sedan and they only had small cars available.

TOLL CHARGES!!!I advise any renters not to use the toll pass in the vehicles. Somehow I generated a $21 charge on the pass and Enterprise charged me a $24.75 service fee for using it.That, to me, is an unnecessary charge and completely outlandish.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3pm pick up. My license expired in a few days, they would not let me rent a car without an updated license and picture. Talked with another employee after I renewed my license online, they told me no picture was needed. Came back in and the manager told me in a rude tone that as he stayed prior a picture was needed, even though I had spoken with someone else minutes ago who told me the opposite. I was told I cannot make another reservation until Friday if I was not back before closing. Called another enterprise location in the city and they were able to take me immediately, had a car ready, and did not need my updated license or picture. Very disappointed as this was a long and stressful afternoon, along with dealing with a stressful vehicle accident. I am thankful for the Shrewsbury location for being so accommodating.
