I love that I was able to email and also chat via Teams about my policy. I sent over a copy of the current policy of my former insurance company (Liberty Mutual) and Orlando Agolli was able to give me a quote with the same exact coverage at a much lower rate. I have recommended a family member already.

Became a lifetime member of educational associations on my retirement just to continue with Educator's Insurance. Reasonable rates for home and car and always responsive to my needs. I know from experience as I was rear-ended in my car and my living room window cracked.

Fast service in opening a claim. However, for my most recent claim,(Aug. 2019) I was very disappointed (Merrimack of the Andover Companies was the insurer). An appraiser came out and never got back to me (after my phoning and emailing). I contacted Educators over a period of weeks and on two occasions I was told by one of their representatives they would call me back and they never did). Finally, after my fourth or fifth inquiry into this, Educators said they would contact Merrimack again and, with that, a new appraiser (different) contacted me, came right out, presented me with the cost sheet within five days, and five days later Merrimack issued me a check. Make sure you don't deal with the appraising company Crawford and the individual appraiser was Mr. Auxier. If you get them, run for the hills. I really liked the second appraisal company (Certuse Adjustment Inc.) and the real nice appraiser was Joseph Smith - a pleasure to work with.
