Excellent customer service. I ordered a snowboard online and they went above and beyond to assist me with a warranty issue on a board and were always quick to respond to any emails. I would highly recommend ordering from them if you need gear.

Condescendingly friendly, and unfortunately not the same knowledgeable staff it was 10 years ago. Went in for a fresh wax on a new snowboard, $20. Walked out *two days* later with wax dripping over the edges and scratches and dings on the bottom. Throw on a few $2 stickers somehow it came to $45? I understand you scrape off excess wax but it’s evident whoever did my waxing has never done this before and is unfamiliar with the sport. Eastern Boarder of Worcester is not the same. Take your boards to the mountain for tunes.

Exceptional online store! I was looking for a very specific selection of snow pants that was hard to find online, when I came across the Eastern Boarder. They had the pants and shipped them out immediately and they even arrived earlier than the expected delivery date! I had never heard of them or been to their store so I was a bit skeptical BUT they were amazing.

Not many local shops have their inventory listed online like this one. This was the only place to have the combo of boot’s + bindings I was looking for & also had both items cheaper than any online warehouse.
