Unprofessional, Was not made aware of the service fee until 20 minutes after arrival at my home. He never mentioned a fee or deposit. He FaceTimes my husband said he felt the tv could be fixed. My husband said he didn’t mention the cost of coming to look at the Tv at all not even when he called an hour before coming. Knowing most people don’t carry cash I find this to somewhat a SCAM tactic. We foolishly assumed it wouldn’t cost more than $75 just to diagnose the Tv. To our surprise $150 for a 15 minute diagnoses of a tv not worth fixing. If the price was discussed when the request was made we would have not had it looked at. Beware of the service fees before scheduling. The husband didn’t want to pay him but paid the fee and will take it as a lesson we learned.BEWARE of OVERPAYING

Andrew came out to my home in hopes to repair my 65” Sony tv. He quickly detected it was the motherboard that blew and told me that it would be cheaper to buy the exact type of TV but a different brand. We went to purchase the TV , he helped me bring it in and set it up. He was super reasonably priced and just a genuine guy. I would absolutely, positively use him again and highly recommend Andrew to anyone. Thank you Andrew for being so awesome!!!

Andrew helped me every step of the way. He is knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He even met me at the store because my car was too small to transport the TV. He removed my old TV and set up the new one. He explained how everything worked before he left. All around great service! Highly recommend!!

Andrew came to my home today to replace the fan on the DVR for my outside video cameras. The adapter on the part that I bought from Amazon didn't fit. He spliced it and made it fit. Thank you for coming by now I can again see my pups outside when I am working in my remote office.

Sincere and simple. Helped diagnose the problem w my tv and told me to buy another one. Didn’t try to sell or s***** me into anything I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be using them for any repairs I may need.

My mother attempted to get her television fixed from here. The owner stated that he could not fix it properly yet wanted to keep the television. I found this to be odd as did my mother. He did return it but did not refund my mother the $50 deposit even though he did not fix the tv whatsoever. Don’t waste your time here.
