The team members I've encountered are extremely undertrained. Waits at the pharmacy counter are always excruciatingly long. Like your time is not that important... From what I've experienced is no one knows how to use the over the counter cards... Do better CVS.

geez louise.. :( :( Lets start off the review... Take a seat and grab some popcorn while I talk about the movie of a weekend caused by CVS. I woke up late at night with a sweltering headache that felt like little polish babies stabling me in the forehead and realized I'm fresh out of pain relievers so I took a trip to my local CVS. I grabbed my prescription after a quick trip to the doctors and brought it home and took 2. After a few hours i started seizing and felt like i was in Narnia then i woke up in the hospital. After I got home I had realized the prescription was a high concentration of Adderall. And i left with 28,340 dollars in hospital bills.
Thanks CVS!

Watched a man shoplift right in front of me! The safety of the employees is at risk! CVS is closing 300 stores each year for the next three years… is this because of shoplifting? Then address the problem and pay for security instead of pretending the problem does not exist. I will be shopping somewhere else. I have been going to this location for years. Very sad

Had surgery today. During the procedure, my doctor called in my prescriptions, including pain management, which is crucial after a surgery. Well, almost an hour after my prescriptions were called in and I arrived to get them, the rude pharmacist gave me an attitude and lied, claiming that the prescriptions were “only JUST called in”, when I know they were called in almost an hour prior. I was then told that they would need “about 20 minutes” to ready the prescriptions. I decided to go home and wait for them to finally be ready. FAR less than 20 minutes later, when I hadn’t even gotten home yet, I get a text that they’re ready. My girlfriend drove back and was told that the snotty pharmacist was a “student” and that the prescriptions were actually ready as we were walking out the first time, so I guess the 20-minute estimate was a lie as well. As soon as I am in less physical pain, I will be getting in contact with Cvs’ corporate office and giving them a choice: I file a lawsuit, or they fire the rude goateed liar.

Omg this cvs is never busy when I go and the staff have an attitude like the line is out the door. I abstain from using this cvs unless I have to they're so rude. I went looking for disposable face mask for my kids for camp and I couldn't find them so I asked and the guys was so rude. I was literally the only one at the store.
