Staff is so not helpful, literally avoid helping you and know nothing about anything. If you are going to just buy an item and leave, good but if you have any question about an item or service, you are better off with google.

Cvs is by far my favorite pharmacy, and with my ExtraCare card subscription I pay $5 a month and get a $10 coupon. This pharmacy has never screwed up my prescriptions and has helped me correct ones that were prescribed wrong accidentally. CVS has a huge selection of vitamins, makeup, toys, seasonal items, etc.. very friendly staff.

By far now the worst CVS around for service. Unfortunately also the closest one to my home ?.The pharmacy has always been overwhelmed. Every time would have to wait to find out the prescription had not been filled then wait again while they filled. All the time. Like intentional almost. Finally moved all my prescriptions years ago because of the recurring nightmare there. Still happens as every time I need to go there it's the same thing just like years ago.Used to like to still shop there until revently. Now it's always understocked. The sale signs are always pulled down early, and nearly 1/2 the shelves are locked up. Never have people available to get locked items or help in general. It's completely absurd and terrible. Lock everything so people don't steal and also regular customers can't buy either. Even cheap things locked up. Crazy how I now have to go to the next town over to buy laundry detergent and deodorant! Every time I do end up going in there I regret it and end up having to go elsewhere in the end anyways. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

No one answers the phone.After 30 minutes i hang up..They dont check insurance want to charge full price.Dont update scripts to get them ready.They dont return calls .1 girl Angie did answer after my 5th attempt ,she was very nice.

Extremely dis-satsifed i been trying to transfer my meds from walgreen because my insurance works better with cvs. The customer service level at cvs is the worst i have experienced for a really long time. I been calling to make this process happen for the past two days and the staff is very rude, they have one word answers and no desire to help. Shame on you!!!!
