The pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional.. the worst of any CVS I've been to. Always bothered and with a bad attitude whenever you ask for help/assistance. I don't know how they can get away with treating their costumers so bad.

Your self checkout machine keeps requesting help after you scan. The associate has to keep scanning a badge to override it. Need maybe new software update to keep associate from coming to override it.

I was at this CVS with my sister today . Alba was the one who helped us at the register . She was really friendly, patiently doing her job with a smiley face ,offering CarePass by explaining every thing . My sister works for CVS and she was like... this are the people we need.

It only got one star because it's the only way I can leave this The staff is rude and very unprofessional and their mannerisms I had an emergent need of sanitation and was made to see him as if I was a beggar off the street penniless and broken with rags upon my skin you should not be treating customers this way if you needed me to purchase something then they should have just asked me to and I would have I thought though in the general condition of the state were in with the covid pandemic I would think they would be supportive of sanitizing your hands I guess I was wrong won't be using that cvs ever again for the remainder of the time I'm in Massachusetts

I love my neighborhood CVS, beautiful people work there super clean, watch them disinfect after each customer. Kind never make you feel you are asking too much of them when you have questions, I live them so much I shared some apples from a visit apple picking with the sweet young lady at the cash register in pharmacy. Being bottom of totem pole & working on her feet all day, I hoped I brought a little sun shine into her work day, I said I brought you apples from apple picking can you take them? That was before Thanksgiving hope she had an awesome holiday stopping there again today for more pills wish I was 30 afain.
