This CVS for the most part is a good one . Sometimes the pharmacy has line all the way down the aisle. But as far as everything else goes the place is well run They have regular checkout as well as self checkout so that part is very convenient. If u need help finding something in the store the associates are very knowledgeable about where every thing is located. The only thing is every aisle you walk into a beeper goes off to let people know that your there

Unbelievably slow, never gotten through the pharmacy line in less than 15 minutesThey often lose my insurance information and send me over to the consultation desk, which often has no one staffing itI also just saw someone wait over 25 minutes for their vaccine appointment, and the staff was confused as to why they had to leave without getting the vaccineI'll be moving my prescription elsewhere ASAP

This CVS pharmacy is awful, they are very slow and only staff one person on the register, no matter how long the line is.

I will not be coming back to this pharmacy. An associate who knew I was waiting in person at the store knowingly told me to wait out of line until 1:30pm and then the pharmacy closed for lunch at 1:30. Why not tell me to come back rather than the misdirection so that someone very sick has to wait and be miserable for over 45 minutes? Could not locate my profile multiple times. Had me call around to resolve issues rather than offering the help and service to do so, as I've received at other pharmacies. I will be fully transferring off this pharmacy and not returning here.

Always excuses with them prescription is never ready. I've given them multiple chances and they can never get it together. I would highly bot recommend using them. As they will always run you around in circles to get your prescriptions.

Really rude staff at the pharmacy which is why I switched a long time ago. I thought a flu shot wouldn't be a problem. The lady waiting in front of me took over 20 minutes so they skipped me for the guy behind me who somehow checked in before me. They were staring right at me the whole time but decided to make me wait. Even made me leave the vaccine area and come back even though I actually talked to someone before the next person.

Horrible experience. The employee, who is a black lady, is horribly rude and arrogant. I received a text that they received my prescription around three o'clock. I went there around 5:30 on my way home after my work. The black girl act like I owe her thousand dollars and told me that the prescription is not ready and I need to wait one hour (it is already more than two hours). I was just asking for a prescription and indeed was not too early to pick it up. She doesn't need to show me that bad face and try to kick me out of the store. The ridiculous thing is that right after I walk out of the store and get on my car, I received another text saying that my prescription is ready. I need to get in line again to pick it up, which means another half hour waiting line.

Only giving a 1 star because there is no lesser. Since I was forced to go to this cvs due to closures there is no help with my prescriptions that I need. Just tons of attitude from staff. I will be trying Walgreens

You have a fraudulent cashier at this location who bragged about being employee of the region/month. He was using “coupons” he shouldn't have during my checkout. I was confused, but thought his suspicious behavior was an act of kindness. Turns out, 15 months later I spot a $5 "CVS CarePass" charge that's been reoccurring every month and started at this CVS location. No wonder he’s been such a valued employee of CVS!

Everytime I come here there is a problem in the Rx Department. I came to pick up my husband's prescriptions. He received a text message saying he had 4 medications to pick up. They only gave him 3 and said there are no more prescriptions for him. We show them the text that says 4, and as soon as they try to check the computer the system goes down and they close for lunch in 2 minutes, so I have to come back later. This is not an isolated incident. Employee was not rude, just having an issue EVERYTIME is not acceptable.

i pulled up after my order to check change. i never do that. i always check it before i drive off. the one time i pull up to let next customer in, i get dicked $3. Then i had to get behind him.after waiting in line again.i said u cheated me $3.she says do u have the reciept.HELL YAi was the customer right before this last guy.next time i count before i leave like u usually do. got my $3 these fuckers can't count american money or speak english. They blocked the person face with cardboard on the inside, so u can't see them now
