I don't know who over sees this store but I feel bad for the girls that work there and deal with the customers because of the way the district manager pawns everything on to them I bought 2 phones and both were defective moto g 5G and ovation 3 I bought the moto g went. Back the day after I bought it because I wasn't receiving call with active service then went back 2 days later within 7 pays of original purchase and the district manager only offered a warranty exchange and refused to refund me my money for the phone when the back of the paper receipt says other wise claims his system won't allow him to do a refund because I exchanged the 1st original phone I bought even through I was still within my 7 day period from original purchase and then told me it's 1 exchange or refund per customer so why show a customer lose money for broken devices that are being sold it seems very suspect so I will be taking them to small claims court and he told me I would need a lawyer and I'm wasting my money and time so either they are falsifying the return policy or scamming customers selling broken devices be careful and the young ladies were polite as a gem but are clearly being under paid for how poorly and unprofessionally this store is being run seems very sketchy and like the district manager is very suspiciously doing something be careful when you shop at this store.......

More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.

Been a customer for a long time. Just upgraded my wife's phone yesterday and could not say enough about John who I believe is the owner. Have worked with him before. Spent quality time to explain Everything, no Rush. Love this store. Even bought the Zizo Thunder Duo speaker system on a whim, (highly recommend!) and he set it up. Customer Service can be an experiance. This was top of the line.We thank you!

This store is in a rough area no doubt but go during the day and it will be fine. They had one employee working. She was great but clearly overwhelmed.
