I have gone to the branch in west Bolyston and never had a problem I have worked with Joann and she has been very helpful and professional

I noticed the bank was open, and I wanted $5 in change for 5 one dollar bills. The teller wouldn't give it to me because I didn't have an account. That's not going to happen now.
