TD Bank closed although states open on website. Next door Commerce was open. Though I have no account there Alma was happy to notarise my document. Which was a HUGE help. Thank you Commerce Bank!!

This bank said the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! The teller really denied giving me change for a $20 in quarters because “they did not change bills for quarters from a non-customer.” They cannot change bills to non-customers! I have never heard this nonsense coming FROM A BANK!

Berkshire bank 386 main Street Worcester. This bank's ATM is OFTENTIMES Out of service!!???? .I'm disabled with service dog. I'm limited to walking. I live near Crompton Park. 20 minute walk,only to find the ATM yet again Out of SERVICE!!! I was helped in part by a blonde teller, who helped me in person,yet I was still UNABLE to complete ALL banking needs as I could not complete a credit card cash advance. Someone should inform main office

Do not be fooled by this bank. When they say they help businesses they should be clear that they really help themselves. Unless you have collateral worth double the amount you are asking a loan for, don't bother. I have over 5 years in business have great amount of income, and a terrific personal credit history and couldn't get a loan. Took forever for a person named Jaimie to give me a call back on anything, and at the end of it all even with collateral they find a ridiculous excuse not to lend you the money that could have been mentioned since the beginning of a month long back and forth conversation. Business owners go somewhere your business will be appreciated and given the proper time and attention when you need it.
