After visiting a few banks for quotes/promotion deals. A friend required me to visit Berkshire Bank. I was able to speak to Sonia Descormiers who happened to be an agent/VP. She was so helpful and explained to me every details of how HELOC program works. Finally, I was convinced and decided to go with her. She made the process so easy and my loan was process within 2 weeks. At closing, she made an appearance at closing to make sure that I understood every sheet of paper that i was signing. I couldn't asked for a better agent. Sonia Descormiers, gets a 10-STAR in my book. I would Highly recommend her service to anyone.

This is perhaps the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with and I have been in the financial industry for 30 years and associated with hundreds. The "assistant manager" is rude, dishonest, arrogant and goes out of her way NOT to be helpful. The "manager" is never there and can't be bothered with customers. The staff is nice generally but seems like always new people there (besides managers) (wonder why?).I generally use another bank now, and rarely go in even though it's right near my home unless I have to, and often regret it after. It was a hassle going to Shrewsbury branch where people were helpful so I just opened another account to use at a better bank.Don't use this bank! There app is terrible anyways and there aren't many local branches. They charge fees for all sorts of transactions and refuse to refund them even if there are errors on their part. There are so many better banks in the area. Stay away from this horrible bank!I had my card number stolen recently and had to get a new card. This branch was aweful and refused to refund the overdraft fee caused by a pending fraudulent transaction because I had one refunded once last year! Took over 2 weeks to get credited for the transactions, and all the pending fraud transactions made my account unusable for weeks even though plenty of funds were in the account (good thing I had my other account at a good bank). Never got my fees refunded either. Put a complaint in with the main office twice but no one ever bothered to get back to me as promised.Thumbs down ? to Berkshire Bank and especially to the Grafton Street branch.

We used the drive thru with only one car ahead the wait was short. The teller was very quick and friendly.

Go to the one in Shrewsbury. The people at this branch are rude and incompetent. I deposited a check of nearly $600 and they took that money OUT of my account. Teller was argumentative and refused to fix the problem until I asked for a supervisor. It's also the only branch I know of that has not opened the lobby since COVID cases declined, meaning if you don't have a car they make you walk up to their drive through window.

People beware this Bank is Rude, unprofessional and likes to lie. This branch has become the worst Bank ever in the last year especially with the new Managers. They have lost about 12 employees in the last year and now I see why. Berkshire I hope you wake up you have a serious problem at this branch.

This place was great until I went in there about 5 days ago and was talked to like a child. Then again about 2 weeks before that I was given attitude by the same teller. Not sure of her name but she seems to have a problem with keeping her issues at home.

This bank needs to update the ATM deposit option. Banks no longer use the old fashion envelope for deposits, and if this bank does not want to update the ATM at least REFILL THE DAMN ENVELOPE BOX!!! Went to make a deposit and there was no envelopes. So irresponsible and bad sercive!!!
