This was such a good experience for me! I am so beyond happy and grateful. This was my very first time getting a weave and I have had short hair since I was 16 — always wearing wigs to have long hair. Finally. At last! My dream hair can be more than a wig! The worst place ever customer service is horrible and I waited mad long to get my hair braided and they told me to wait they have to eat when I set a appointment and I had to sit there and watch them eat and when I came in for them to tell me the price first it was $120 and then when she was half way done she said now it's $180 worst hair braiding place I ever been to plus on top of that video recorded me and said that I owe them money because they had to cut out my hair in the middle of it well you shouldn't of lied to me about the price cause I brought just enough for my hair and a tip and then it changed to $180 in the middle of doing my hair Thank You so much for wasting my time and your time plus your money and your hair I really appreciate it so much Don't ever go here they take way to long for no reason even if you have a appointmentServices: Braids

I had a 10am appointment. I showed up on time and waited and waited and called and called.. no one picked up. I waited until almost 11 then I left. I had taken the day off work to get my hair braided and had to scramble to get someone else to do it same day. Disappointed isn’t even the word.0/10 would not recommend.Service: Hair extensions

Frankly if you don’t know these people through friends or family members you’re not going to get a good service. I came to get knotless left with box braids because my hair is “ too short for knotless” note my hair is ear length fully stretched. After the service my middle part was so far left I came back to get it fixed and they argued with me for 5 minutes asking “ what’s wrong with it” belittling my ability to see straight??? The worst part was 10 days after my service three of my braids came out.

I have had my hair braided at Clarisses shop for one week and I have had to replace several braids myself. I was happy with my hair when I left . I did not expect so many braids would fall out . My hair is not so short it can't be braided. I have been getting braids with my hair shorter . Granted I have some short areas and it just calls for thinner braids. I pad $180 because I was told that was the cost . I am thinking my hair handles thinner braids better . In the middle of my head the braids not so good. I would happily pay for smaller braids to last longer. I waited 2.5 hours before getting in the chair and the owner apologized and I actually accepted. I was there until 10 . I did not tip because of the braider not taking me at the appointed time and told me to come at 3 I would get in the chair I asked her was she sure ? 5:20 is when I got in the chair,they braid beautifully just overbook . I want my braids in the front filled in and whatever braids need to be rebraided. I am not getting through but I'll call tomorrow. I really want my braids to last a month looking good !! She is so sweet and accommodating. I recommend this shop!! I'll add 5 stars after I'm taken care of!! I know she will make it right

Sadly won’t be coming back here again. To start off, my appointment was at 10 and I waited outside for 20 minutes/called multiple times before someone showed up. The lady (not the owner) who did my hair was super sweet/great convos. But unfortunately my box braids did not last. At 2 weeks, they were looking like 2 months. She also parted my hair too much too the point that too much braiding hair was weighing down my natural hair.

10/10 Service ?These wonderful ladies know exactly what there doing when it comes to hair braiding etc. I came in for box braids and the results are amazing. My braider was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. When it came to waiting for your appointment the wait wasn’t long at all. The prices are also really good, I paid $180 plus tip for medium box braids and I brought my own hair. Their shop also has a bunch of hair you can choose from including many different colors. 10/10 would recommend coming to this shopServices: Box Braids
