Always have gotten 5+ stars ⭐️Service!!! No complaints, we are getting alot of solicitation for all different oil companies but would never try. Because when things go good and smooth without any complaints, then why ruin it. Then you’re asking/looking for problems.Great service tech who came, educated me on a few issues plus having me question things from prior services. Thank you John at CK Smith

The coordination needed to set up this repair visit was well handled as I live in Maine and the service address is in Massachusetts. I needed to drive down to allow access to the house. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating in setting up the appointment time. The technician, Ed, was on time, as he was when he came to give an estimate a month before. He was friendly, prepared for the repair work scheduled, and he completed the job quickly and neatly. I was impressed by the fact that the technician’s text message verifying his arrival time also included his photo so I would know who he was as I was staying alone at the service site. I was very pleased with the results of the visit.

WE can't express enough how amazing the experience with CK Smith has been! We had a new boiler and water heater installed, as well as a new zone created and some additional piping work. Starting with Matt in equipment sales who came to the house on two separate occasions to quote the job, to Erin in the contract and financing department, to Chet and Myron the installers, and Joe the electrician who did that part of the installation-just WOW! Everyone is top-notch! All my questions and concerns were answered and I felt completely confident in their work. If you're looking to upgrade your heating, this is the place to go.

I have been a Superior Oil/CK Smith Superior customer since 1988 and have always had a great experience. I recently had my annual oil burner tune up and Stanley the technician did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout the process. He was punctual and very professional. The office staff was extremely helpful with rescheduling my original appointment to a date that worked for me. The technician also informed me of the need to add antifreeze to my second floor air handler so the pipes would not freeze. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend them.

Whenever I have a CK Smith Superior technician come for service they are on time, professional, and explain the problem and the resolution in terms that I can understand. Most importantly they have always been able to send someone the same day. I have been a CK Smith customer for probably 10 years and would highly recommend them!

On Nov. 9, 2023, we called for a Service Technician as our furnace was blowing cold air. Jim arrived and in a short time had the furnace operating properly. Jim had worked on the furnace previously and had familiarity with the issue. Before he left, he talked with my wife and I about a possible solution to prevent future issues. It is because of people like Jim that we are pleased to have ckSmith Superior as our energy company.

CK Smith technicians arrived on time, worked steadily and efficiently, kept me appraised of what was going on and overall did a fantastic job installing the new boiler. They were professional and careful, cleaned up the area. I have been a customer for many years and would recommend this company every time.

We have had only good experiences with the CK Smith service staff. They installed a propane heater and mini splits, both of which were done professionally and in clean, workman-like fashion. When service has been needed, it has been easy to schedule, at a convenient time, and all issues were addressed. Our most recent oil burner cleaning was completed by Tim Sheperd who was courteous, friendly, efficient and thorough.
