I went to try to cash a check and because I didn't have a drive licenses from MA … they demanded another document I presented to the consular they didn't accept it … they checked my drive and confirmed it was real but they still refused to cache out … and they still wanted it knowing where I lived and why I was wanting to check out and not deposit I felt that because I was not a native they treated me with indifference I went to another bank and got it… they just called the emoresa confirming that it was ok.. This is prejudice and you should learn to treat people better I closed my account in this bank precisely for this reason… I pay my taxes annually and I have the right to do whatever I want with the check… if I deposit or check out, it's me who I decide … and my congratulations to the employees of the eighth agency who followed the protocol and made all the checks within the law and thus solved my problem

It is always a good experience to visit this agency, I have always been very well attended, they are super attentive, especially a teller called Gianna Rodriguez, extremely friendly and attentive to everyone.

I have always had a very great experience with each teller or person at the Grafton st. branch of Citizens Bank in Worcester. The people change often behind the counter so it is always difficult to adjust to seeing new faces without warning but after all these people are there to do a job during this crisis and they are essential workers . I appreciate all that my bank has to offer in terms of services such as notary, overdraft protection and so much more. Convenient location for me.

Citizens bank has been great to me through the years - the app, online banking services, and no hidden fees are all reasons to support this bank. The Grafton St branch is always so helpful in assisting with any issues. Highly recommend!

I don't live and have never been near this bank, but after 3 years of trying they still send me emails asking me to take surveys about my recent experience there. I've spoken to all levels up to management and IT and nobody actually fixes this glitch. In this day of identity theft you'd think a financial institution would take these reports seriously! I just got another one today. I would suggest people stay far away from trusting this incompetent bank with any money.

Worst bank experience ever. Citizens bank is a shady company and always have been. The manager at this branch, Rich deserves to be fired. He has no sense of customer service. He didn't care about my complaint and when I said I would close all 3 of my accounts with citizens bank because I was so unsatisfied and upset he said “that's fineâ€.

This is an excellent branch of Citizens Bank located inside if a Stop & Shop grocery store.
