Chris was amazing!
It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was having trouble finding someone trustworthy but from my first conversation with Chris I knew I could trust him. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He made it less stressful. He made sure the car was safe by even doing some extra servicing work on it before letting me drive it off the parking lot. I couldn’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be going to him for my car needs and will be telling everyone to go to Chris Goodnow Auto Sales!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I came all the way from Rhode Island because Chris was the only dealer I looked into that felt trustworthy. Because this is my first time I was looking for a super straightforward car-buying experience with an honest, good-natured dealer and that's exactly what I got. He took care of me like family and there were no hassles, no games, no surprises, and NO PRESSURE in any way during the entire process. He has a ton of integrity when it comes to how he treats his customers and about standing behind the quality of his cars - he did work to the car before I bought it, and even after I paid for it he put in a new battery for free the week before I came to pick it up when he noticed it was being problematic. He also went above and beyond to get all the paperwork needed for my bank when they were being difficult which was a huge help to me as well. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a similar experience.

Bought a car from Chris Goodnow Auto Sales and the rough winter caused the calipers in my back breaks to freeze. They got me in to see Mark at the service center right away and though some of their service was not something covered under warranty, the next afternoon I had my car back with new back breaks and everything fully taken care with my breaks and everything running smoothly without paying a dime. Chris Goodnow is the most honest and genuine person you could work with if you’re looking for an affordable used car and it is apparent that the incredible way he has with people is contagious as Mark at the service center was also just a fantastic guy who was doing whatever he was able to in order to help. They really know how to do business and bring immense value to the customer whenever possible. They really look to take care of you and it is just so rare these days. These people are the best and I couldn’t recommend them more!!!

My experience with Chris Goodnow Auto Sales was absolutely stellar in EVERY regard! I could not say enough positive things if I tried. Working directly with Chris was a genuine pleasure. He is so personable, extremely knowledgeable, works incredibly hard on the customer's behalf, is super responsive to your needs, and helped to educate me on the entire process throughout. He is flexible and willing to work with you to get you the best deal and best set up as humanly possible. I was previously driving a 2003 Ford Explorer that was rusted in the undercarriage and not worth putting more money into. He was able to put me into a 2017 GMC Terrain that I am absolutely IN LOVE with. Not only was the price point an incredible value, but after I went and got the vehicle appraised by the RMV, it was valued to be worth MULTIPLE THOUSANDS (!!!) of dollars more than I paid for it. His commitment to incredible customer service and his dedication to getting people in a vehicle that works for their situation is unparalleled, and honestly I would leave 10 stars if I could. ESPECIALLY right now, when the cost of cars (and everything else) is at a seemingly all time high, Chris Goodnow Auto Sales is the BEST option if you are in need of a vehicle. Thank you again Chris!

Coming to this dealership to buy my first car was probably the best decision I ever made. Chris really helped me out with everything and made everything easy for me because I live an hour and half from the dealership so he made the buying process pretty quick. Chris really knows how to take care of his customers and puts them first. The vehicle I bought was an accord coupe and Chris put at least $6,000 into the car because he wanted to make sure I was safe in it and would last me a long time without even me asking him. If you are looking for a car to buy, definitely come to Chris because he will definitely put your needs first.

I love my new 2013 cadillac got a great deal. Car runs brand new and feels amazing. Chris goodnow was amazing and extremely easy to work with. No hassle at all great customer service.
